Ethan's p.o.v

"Surprise?!" She greeted me her statement coming out as a question.

She was even more beautiful in person and for some reason I just wanted to wrap her in my arms and shower her in kisses.

"You're here." I sighed still not believing it.

"Yeah dumbass I'm standing right in front of you." She laughs which made me grin.

"So can I come in?" She taps her foot on the floor.

"Oh yeah sorry. Uh Grayson isn't here right now." I scratch the back of my neck.

"I came here for you silly." She smiled grabbing my hand and walking up the stairs.

"Is this your room?" She asks pointing to Grayson and I's room.

"Yeah go in." I laugh opening the door for her.

"Right." She giggled walking into my room and plopping herself down on my bed.

I was so nervous for some reason. How did she even plan this?

"So you and Gray are actually dating?" I ask curious crossing my arms over my torso.

"No, I was just joking E." She chuckles pulling out her camera from her bag.

Hailey stood up and walked over to me. I raised an eyebrow curiously at her before she snaps a photo of us.

I widen my eyes.

"Don't worry I won't post it, but hey it's the first time meeting each other I got to save it for the scrapbook man." She bumps my shoulder.

"You keep a scrapbook?" I laugh making fun of the idea.

"No I was just joking, but now that I think about it..." She trails off putting a finger on her chin as if she was really thinking about it.

"No way. Not doing that." I smile down at her. She was shorter than me. Way shorter than me. I don't mind at all. If you want me to be uh totally honest with you. I think short girls are cute.

"We should do something today." Hailey suggests walking around Grayson and I's room observing everything.

"Yeah what do you want to do?" I question still feeling a bit awkward about this.

"I don't know I've heard you're a big pizza lover unless your down for pancakes in the afternoon." She laughs looking down at her watch.

"Boy am I." I laugh grabbing her arm and practically dragging her downstairs.

"So what do you chose?" She asked me a small giggle escaping her lips.

"Pizza duh!" I said in a obvious tone.

I open the car door for her, and walk over to mine. I start the car as she buckled her seat belt.

"I still can't believe you're here." I looked over at her. She wasn't paying attention. She was looking outside the window. Once she turned to me she flashed me a bright smile.

"I still can't believe I'm here too." She laughed looking down at her lap, the smile still plastered on her face.

There was a feeling building up inside of my stomach. I liked it, and I know how cheesy this sounds but it felt like a million butterflies were flying around in my stomach.

"Do you live close by here?" I ask her wanting to know. Maybe her and I can actually be good friends and hang out more often.

"Surprisingly... yes. I live about seven miles away from you." She grins up at me before looking at my radio.

"Who's you're favorite music artist?" I ask her wanting to know about her.

"I like Lana del Ray." She shrugs before continuing with her sentence.

"Honestly I love all kind of music. I'm just not into that country stuff." She laughs making a cringe worthy face. I smiled goofily at her.

She grabbed her bag and pulled out a big black expensive camera. That camera happened to be the one that I bought her. The one I bought we for her birthday. We stopped at a red light.

"Say cheese." Hailey laughed her eyes squinting while the other was pressed into the small whole.

I turn around completely unaware of it. A weird smile probably on my face. The flash practically blinded me. She looks down at the camera and starts to laugh at me.

This girl is going to be the death of me.

Literally.
