It was a very unpleasant Saturday morning when the seven year old Lily was awakened by the noise outside their home. She opened their wooden window and saw the ruckus. There were lots of people walking around or passing by at their backyard. Her mother was talking to a beautiful woman probably in her early 30's. Besides the beautiful woman is a boy with a cross face.
Lily doesn't know the meaning of the word courtesy and hospitality so she shouted at her mom while they are talking even she still hasn't washed her face.
"Mom, who are they!?" The three were surprised by the sudden call and stared at the grumpy little girl at the window.
"Is she your daughter?"
"Ah, yes she's a little bit of rude, I don't know how did she turned like that"
"Ahaha its okay it's part of being a kid. Look Ken-chan you have someone to play with" The kid just stare at the grumpy little girl and said nothing
"Mae-san let me help you with the moved"
"No it's okay Sia, my people could handle it but you may help me prepare snacks for them at my house if you are willing"
"Yes, of course Mae-san it's my duty to help you. I am being paid for it"
"You are such an earnest person, Sia" Mae smiled gently at Sia. "You should be like her Ken-chan." She commented while looking at Ken "Shall we go?" Mae turn her attention again to Sia.
"Yes, ah wait. Lily! Get up and fix yourself come to the white mansion we need your help. Hurry up!"
Sia and Mae-san was chatting at the living room for the things that needs a heads up, while Lily was loitering around the mansion. She walks around the house like she owns the place. She saw a puppy it might be, but its size was literary for adult dog already. It has black silky fur and long sharp claws gawking at her. She felt the tension but as witty as she can ever be she grabs a rock and aim at the big puppy.
Ken that time is reading a book at his study table near the wide glass window. He was in the middle of reading when the window suddenly open and Lily appeared with a grotesque face. Startled by the girl Ken falls to the floor while Lily was in a hurry to get in into his room.
"Whoa! That was close, I thought I hit it I guess my aim was still not good" Lily said not minding the boy sitting on the floor
"D-Dare desu ka? Nani yo itte unda?" the boy said still stuttering from fear
"What alien language are you saying? Anyways I need to get in here for some time, that angry dog won't leave me. I'm a bit safe here so I'll stay here for a moment. Are you the kid named Ken?" Lily said without looking at the boy then she sits at his bed "Wow this bed is so comfy" then she get on top of the bed and jump on it. She never noticed her dirty feet.
"Ya! Stop it you're dirtying my bed" Ken finally gather his courage to shout at the girl playing at his bed
"What? You can speak our language just fine. My mom said you're from... what country was it again? Whatever. What are you reading? Let me see" She snatch the book at the table and started flipping its pages like she was scanning every leaves of it. "What is this? You can read this?"
"Stop messing with my things, how rude!"
"Thanks!"
"That's not a compliment!"
"It isn't? but I always hear my classmates say it to me I thought it was a compliment hahahaha. So, what exactly is this thing?" Lily sits again to Ken's bed pointing at the book which Ken already holds.
