Everyone thinks that California girls have it all. The nice family, great education, and awesome boyfriend and best friends.
Well, that's not me at all.
My name is Kim Monroe. I'm not normal. Yes, I live in California, but no, i'm not like the other girls. I don't have a nice family, I don't have any education, and i don't have a boyfriend and the only friends I have are drug addicts that are usually in jail.
My parents are also drug addicts and alcoholics. My older brother, Jake, is nothing like them. He's on his own. He's 18 and doesn't give a fuck about us. I try to contact him but he doesn't give a damn.
What a wonderful life, huh?
I'm not like my parents either. I would never do drugs and I would never drink. I wouldn't act like a slut and have sex with players for money, like mom. And I wouldn't just let her do it, like Dad does.
Maybe my life will change someday, hopefully it will turn out to be great.
