I can't believe it.
"A-Alex?"
"Thomas?" I ran to the bed, and cried my heart out, while clutching onto the man that almost died.
"H-How... I-I..." I shoved my head in his arms, making sure he was real, and not just a dream.
"Don't leave me again." I whispered. I couldn't stop sobbing with joy. I feel two arms wrap around me, weakly.
He is real
"I won't, I promise." Said a quiet voice. I looked up to the sickly man and smiled, and mouthed the three most important words in our future.
I love you
Thomas's eyes widened, and he had tears forming in his eyes.

"Sign here, and here, annnnnd here." Said the nurse.
Thomas stayed another day, just for checkup. It was a miracle for him to even wake up.
He's walking out of the hospital with two things.
1.His life.
2.A boyfriend.
And from there... Destiny and fate took over...
The two spent the rest of their lives together, with no regrets.
All they had to do, was wait for it.
