Eyes open wide

For the next couple of days Tyler stayed at the hospital with Kat. Mark would come and visit them both for lunch as well. When ever Kat was on break she would bring them to the cafeteria with her to get food. They would sit down there and laugh together and talk about youtube. "Wait a minute, you have a youtube channel!?" Tyler asked obnoxiously. Kat blushed a little and laughed. "Ya! I have like no subscribers though. haha I'm not even that funny." Mark raised an eyebrow at her and laughed. "Oh jesus Kat, you are so fit for youtube!" Kat giggled and shrugged. "I don't know, I always feel like I'm not good enough I guess." Tyler's smile began to fade. He remembered how he was the same way when he started on youtube, and how he still was. "Don't worry Kat, you get used to it after a while." They all smiled once more. The Kat's watch began to beep. "Oh damn. I got to get back to sitting at a desk for money." She groaned. "I knew it. You're a prostitute aren't you!?" Tyler gasped dramatically. "Oh shut the hell up!" She laughed and slapped Tyler in the arm as Mark bursted into his obnoxious laugh. They threw away their plats and headed back up the stairs. When she sat back down, she noticed a little note on her computer screen. It was from Ethan's doctor. Hey Kat, that Ethan Nestor boy has rested enough for his friend's to visit him! :) She jumped up and over her desk. "Tyler! Mark! Tyler! Mark!" Tyler  was so startled his heart jumped into his throat. "What! What! What!" She took a few breaths before speaking again. "I got a little stick note from Ethan's doctor while we were at lunch! Ethan is ready to see people!" Tyler's eyes widened and had some hope in them.

Kat walked Tyler and Mark to the blue boy's room. The door was closed. Before Mark and Tyler could open the door, Kat stopped them. "I don't want to get in the way of what's going to happen when you open that door." They were booth confused. Then they realized what she was saying. She was trying to respect their privacy in this personal matter and didn't want to intrude only because the watches their videos. "Mark was right about you. You really are one of a kind." Tyler smiled. Mark giggled and blushed, so did Kat. "Let me know how it goes guys!" She flashed one more smile before walking back towards the entrance. Mark watched her leave with a big smile on his face. Then Tyler gave I'm a nudge. "Ohhh, I know that look Markimoo!" Mark shook his head back into focus and blushed. "Wh-what are you implying?" Tyler shrugged. "Nothin." They both laughed, then they got serious. Tyler was having a hard time opening the door. He was scared of what he was going to see. "Do you want me to?" Mark asked, putting a hand on his shoulder. Tyler nodded and stepped away, allowing Mark to talk a hold of the door handle.
