*A week before they go to Granny's*
"Gina!" I hear walking into Granny's Diner, for my coffee.
"Roland!" I smile as he embraces me, "Is your father with you?"
"I smile with Uncle John for the day! Uncle John brought me here for eggys!" He says excitedly.
"That is wonderful dear; Where is Uncle John?"
"He is coming any minute; oh, there he is! I found Gina!" He hugs me again.
"Hello there Regina, Roland, you are not to run into here like that." Uncle John scolds lightly.
"I'm sorry Uncle John, I saw Gina and got very happy to see her." He turns to me, "We miss you, Gina, can you come home? When is your vacation over, from figuring things out?"
"Awe, dear, I have to talk to your daddy before I return." I reply
"Why, Papa didn't say anything about that?"
"It's between, Papa and I, don't worry Roland.
"Gina, it's no fun without you."
"I know my dear. I have to go now, Emma is waiting. By pumpkin." I smile sitting him down next to Uncle John.
"Regina, he does love you. He's nothing without you. He didn't get out of bed this morning when I came for Roland. You need to talk to him." John says.
"Thanks John, but I need to, to, find myself. I lost myself trying to be "perfect," that didn't work. I don't know who I am. Goodbye, John."
"Farewell."
Great, I'm crying now, just what I need... Why did John have to come this morning. He never goes to Granny's, even if he is watching Roland. Damn, I don't know what I should do. Should I go talk to Robin?
"Go talk to him Regina." I hear Killian say.
" Why can't you go to your damn boar, instead of meddling into my life." I blurt.
"He's distraught, conflicted. You need him as much as he needs you. You're like the two last pieces of a puzzle. But, you feel between the cracks and need to be found." He grabs me by the shoulder and turns me around, "I'll take Emma her coffee, go talk to him."
"Next week, I shall talk to him."
"God damn it Regina, why do you have to be so stubborn?"
"I was born that way." I starting walking backwards and out my hands up.
