Chapter Thirty-Two

Ashley's POV

"They say that love is forever, your forever is all that I need. Please stay as long as you need." My phone went off while I was in the bathroom. I picked it up to see that the one place I had been dreading to hear from was ringing my number. I inhaled a breath and answered it. "H-hello?" I said into the receiver. "Hello Ashley, how have you been?" "I've been good how about you?" I returned the question. "I've been good. So how's life? Anything exciting happen?" "Life has been great. You remember me telling you about that band, Pierce The Veil? And Tony Perry? Well I met him and we're dating now. Everything is pretty good." I said rushing trying to get to the topic I knew Dr. Saint had called about. "Oh honey I'm so happy for you." She said with a cheery voice. "So uhm h-how is she? Any progress?" I asked her. I may have forgotten to mention that I have a younger sister. She's five years younger than me. She was in a car crash with my Aunt when she was only 13. She's 14 now and has lived in the Forest View Psychiatric Hospital for a year. It's hard having a little sister mentally unstable from a car accident. Forest View was in Ottawa County, Ohio. "Well she's the same, but she's been having a good week and she keeps asking for you." I sighed. "Well I came on tour with Tony and the band and we're in California now, but I can get a plane back home for tomorrow." I took a breath before continuing. "My little sister is more important than some tour that I can always come back to." I heard Dr. Saint laugh. "Ok dear we'll be waiting. Have a safe trip ok?" "Ok I will. I'll call you right after I land" "Ok  dear bye bye" "Bye." I hung up and sat the phone down on the bunk before returning to the bathroom. I finished my makeup and put my red hair in a messy bun. I cleaned up my makeup and walked out of the bathroom. I grabbed my laptop and sat crossed legged on the couch. I pulled up the airport website for California and booked a flight to Ohio. Only problem was I leave at 4:30 in the morning.

It was 3:00 in the morning. I decided to get up early to pack and write Tony a note telling him I was leaving.  Once I was all done I set the note I had wrote for Tony in his bunk so he'd see it when he woke up. I re-read the note to make sure there were no errors "Dear Tony, I have to leave. I can't tell you why, but I have to. I'll probably be gone for a couple months or so, but I don't really know. I promise that I'll come back. I love you, please don't think this has anything to do with you,because it doesn't it's just something I have to do. Forever and Always, Ashbear<3" I opened the door of the bus to see my taxi had already arrived. I put my bags in the trunk and got into the car. I told the driver where to go and paid her when I reached my destination. I walked into the airport and sat down. This was going to be a long flight.

I had gotten on the plane and sat down in my seat. I pulled my headphones out and put them in my ears. Soon after I fell back asleep. It had been about 2 hours when someone began shaking me awake. I opened my eyes to see the flight atendent staring down at me with a smile. I pulled one headphone out of my ear. "We've landed sweetie" she said in a cheery voice. I forced a smile and stood up. "Oh ok, thank you for waking me" I said and walked off the plane. I went and claimed my luggage and waved down a taxi. When I got out of the taxi I looked at the front of my old home. I had dreaded ever coming back here. I walked up to the door, unlocking it and pushing it open. Everything was the same. Everything was still the way I left it three years ago. I walked up the stairs into my old room and smiled seeing all my old posters and drawings. I set my bags on the bed and pulled my phone from my pocket. 100 texts, 42 missed calls, and 30 voice mails. All from Tony. I ignored them not wanting to talk to him. I wanted to avoid the confrontation that would be coming. I called Forest View and asked for Dr. Saint. "Hello Ash, how was your flight?" "It went pretty well. I'm gonna get some more sleep and then I'll be in tomorrow" "Ok no problem sweetie goodbye" "Bye" I hung up and crawled into bed after setting my bag to the floor. I laid down and let sleep take me under.

Tony's POV

She left. Without anything but a note and she was gone. She promised to come back though. No she wouldn't come back. She couldn't even tell me why. I called and left voice mails and texts, but got no response. I was going insane. I guess she never loved me, I must not have meant anything to her. I would have to get over. I couldn't let this effect me like last time. I need to be there for the boys and the fans. I wasn't going to get over her easily, but I had to try. If she didn't want to be with me then she didn't have to be. I showed the letter to the boys and they told me not to worry and that she'd be back. I knew better though. If she couldn't tell me why she was leaving then why would she come back? I got dressed for the day and went to practice with the boys. I was determined to get over her and keep her out of my head. Ashley had always had a place in my heart, but now I know I had no place in hers. I wasn't sure if I'd be ok in the long run or not, but I was determined to be. 

Oh wow talk about a filler. Ok so I just wanted to clear things up for a few of you if you're confused about what is going on. So first off, Ashley used to live in Ohio with her parents and little sister, whose name will be discovered in the next chapter. Ashley's sister was in a car crash with their aunt and she has memory loss that comes in and out. This will be explained in more detail later. When Ashley's parents died, she moved to Florida and met Amber. That's where she met Tony, but on Warped Tour grounds of course. Forest View is an actual Hospital in Ottawa County, Ohio. I don't know if there is a doctor by the name Dr. Saint that works there. It's merely a name in the story.
