Chapter Thirty-Five

Ashley's POV

I woke up to the sun shining in from the curtains. I must've fallen asleep on the couch last night. I checked the time and jumped up, running to my room. I had to see my sister in less than a hour. I hurriedly went upstairs and took a shower. I got ready as fast as I could. When I was finally done I had a half hour to spare. I grabbed my phone to see two missed calls and a voice mail from Tony. I looked at my missed calls. One from Tony and one from Forest View. I called Forest View first, as I found their call more important. When they didn't answer I just sighed and decided to listen to the voice mail that Tony left me. I waited for the message to start. I was quite surprised that Tony was drunk. "A-Ashley I know you don't love me anymore, which is why you didn't tell me where or why you left, but I-I'm in l-ov-e with yo-u. Please come back. I I need you here with me. Please... I'm begging you." after those words he started crying and hung up. I felt bad and I had to go back, because if I was being honest with myself, I missed him like crazy. I got up and went upstairs to pack my bags. I'd surely be back because I missed this house like crazy. When I was all packed, I got in the car and started driving to the hospital. I didn't even bother saying hi to the nurse at the desk. Everyone knew me here. I walked to my sisters room to spend some time with her before I left again. I spent about a good hour with her before she had her set back. I went to the car and called Vic. Of course he didn't answer, so I called Austin. I knew he'd be up. The phone rang a few times before he picked up. "Hey Ashbear, what's up?" "I need to know what your guy's next stop is on the tour. I'm coming back because I miss Tony and I miss you guys in general." I say into the phone. I can practically see the smile on Austin's face when telling me where they'll be. I drove to the airport and got a ticket back to the tour. It was a good hour flight so I decided to listen to some music and play 'Dumb Ways To Die' on my phone. When we landed, I got my luggage and got a taxi to take me to the venue. When I got there Austin was waiting for me. "So Vic, Jamie, and Mike went for food, but Tony is in the bus sleeping because he's really hung over" Austin said laughing. Wow I guess he was drunk. I smiled and nodded and headed for the bus. I took a deep breath before opening the door and walked in. I looked around and seen Tony's hand hanging out of his bunk. I smiled and walked back to him. I opened the curtain to his bunk and climbed in. I lay down next to him and turned to face him. His eyes fluttered open and looked at me. He smiled a half smile and snuggled closer to me, wrapping his arms around me. "You came back" He said, his voice still coated in sleep. "I had to, I missed you like crazy." I said kissing the side of his head. He snuggled even closer and kissed my neck. "I missed you too, but why did you leave anyways?" I sighed, "I had to take care of something. I'll tell you about it when I feel more comfortable ok? But for right now I'm here and I'm not leaving unless I need to." He rolled over so he was on top of me. "Promise?" He asked, hope shining in his eyes. "I promise" I said, lifting my head up to kiss him. He smiled and got out of the bunk to go get ready for the set they had to play. "So how much did you have to drink the other night when you left that voice mail?" I asked, but Tony only groaned. "Way too much" He said smiling. I got up and walked out of the bus after Tony and went to the practice room with him. When we got there the boys were surprised to see me, but were happy nonetheless. 

Tony's POV

I walked out onto the stage with the boys and the crowd went wild. I was happy today for  the fact that after today we had another four days off and my girlfriend returned from wherever she was. I was finally happy again. The few days she was gone were like hell even though I'd fake a smile, I was dying on the inside. I looked over to Ashley who was on side stage and smiled at her. She waved and I waved back. I looked over at Vic who nodded his head, giving me the signal it was time to start. We began with one of my favorites; 'Yeah Boy and Doll Face'. Soon after we began 'Bullet Proof Love'. Then came 'Hold On Till May'. I looked over to Ashley who had tears almost on the verge of spilling over. I used to sing this to her after she got out of the hospital. She loved it, but it made her cry. I went back to playing. After a short while the set was over. I walked over to Ashley and went to give her a hug, but she pushed me off. "YOU'RE ALL SWEATY" She said "EW" I laughed and hugged her anyways. She started screaming, but I shut her up by kissing her. "Thanks" She said in a sarcastic tone. I laughed, "You're very welcome babe." She only smiled and kissed me again. We walked back to the bus and got changed. "HEY LET'S GO OUT!" Jamie yelled. I shook my head. "No way man remember last night? No fucking way" Ashley laughed and nudged me in the side. "Oh come on Turtle, I'm here I'll make sure you don't get shit faced drunk again." I smiled and kissed the side of her head. "Fine BUT I say when we go home" They all agreed and headed out the door. Ashley and I walked hand in hand behind the boys and eventually found a bar. When we got in the music pounded and the bartender handed us all a beer. I began to drink when I looked over to see Ashley staring at me. "What?" I asked "I told you I was keeping an eye on you, and by the way you and I? We leave when I think you've had way too much ok?" She said and kissed my cheek before grabbing my hand and interlacing our fingers. I smiled and nodded in response before finding the others and taking shots.
