Chapter 7-Time to leave

"Ugh that is such an annoying sound." I say waking up in his arms next to his chest. I could hear his breathing and feel his chest moving by pulling in air and pushing it out. I nuzzle closser to his chest wanting to go to sleep.

"It's time to get up, princess." He says.

"I don't want to." I wine in his chest.

"I don't want to either but we have to other wise we can't do this and your father will change his mind." I groan.

"Fine. You win." I sit up and turned off the alarm. Josh sat up behind me and wrapped his arm around me middle. "Caleb will wonder what you are doing in my room and then we're busted."

"Yeah, but you are my mate and I know that you didn't want to be left alone last night either." He whispers in my ear then kisses my check. I turn my head and his eyes are louring me in to them. We were really close. My wolf nages me by saying 'Kiss, kiss, kiss! Oh for Goodness sakes Kiss HIM!' Their was a soft knock on the door. I tried to stand up but he pulled me back to the bed.

I yelled "Come in." And the door opens and there's Ally. "Hey sweet heart. What do you need?" I ask her. She just looks at me and Josh like it was another universe.

She shakes her head remembering I just asked her what she needs. "I want to come with you guys."

"Oh so you want to come?" Josh asks in a voice that was kind and all Ally did was nod.

"Well you need to ask grandma."

"I did and she said I could go but only if you said it was okay."

"Well of course it's okay. I'm not letting you stay here with our father, who could poison the way you look at in the world." I say.

She nods and says "You guys can go back to what you were doing before I interupted." she turned and left her straight pale blond hair drooped around her shoulders.

"Well where were we?" He asks me.

"I was trying to get up so I could get dressed." I say and try to pry his arm off of me but his arm stayed where it was. "Please." I look over my shoulder and his face is right there in front of me. He kisses me on the mouth but I don't let him in at all.

He pulls away with a confused look on his face. "Don't you want to kiss me?"

"I do but if I do than I won't be able to get out of this bed to leave on time." his face fell but his eyes were smiling at me.

"What ever." He says letting me go and standing up. We got dressed and went down stairs there was the people I knew were going to show up. Carly has her arms wrapped around Carter while he's making some breakfast. Ally is sitting at the table and Caleb and Cassie are talking, and I think holding hands? I nudge Josh and point, I could see he was trying not to laugh or show it on his face. 

"Morning." Ally says cheering up when she sees us in the door way. "So how'd you sleep?"

"Or did you sleep at all?" Caleb looking at us with caution.

"We slept fine and yes we did sleep Caleb, I only just met him yesterday and beat him up quite well." I giggle when Josh growns and gives me a glare.

"We'll have to do a rematch when I can actually beat you." Josh says.

"Only in your dreams." Carly says with a little laugh with Carter.

"Now that hurts, Carly." Josh says to Carly and she just rolls her eyes and goes back to watching her mate make breakfast for us. When Carter was done we ate together and had the suitcases by the door ready to go.

By 7:25am we were getting everything we need in the car, including some of the weapons that we might need to use later. At 7:35am we were on the road and headed north to pick up Toby and Dani and then Elena and Ray.

We are on the high eay and no one has spoken, Ally is riding with Carly and Carter since Cassie is riding with us since it seems like she is Caleb's mate. Josh was driving with a look on his face that showed he was nervous. "Hey are you okay?" I ask.

"Hmm?" he looks over at me like I just said something he couldn't understand then he saw my worried face, "Yeah I'm fine it's just I drank a little bit last night have a bit of a hangover." He went back to looking at the road like it was going to break.

"Why don't you pull into a gas station and let me drive." I suggested to him but he went by it and kept going. "Or not."

Caleb spoke to me through the bond 'Somethings up, sis, I can feel it.' I look out the window and see that the exit that we want to take is next "Turn at the next exit please." I say to Josh.

'I can feel it too. Have you maked Cassie yet?' I ask seeing if she was actually his mate.

'How did you find out that she is my mate?' He says it in a little bit of surprise.

'You're kidding when I saw that you and Ally weren't talking and you were holding Cassie's hand and talking to her I just knew. So are you going to answer my question?'

'No I haven't because we just met, has Josh marked you?' He asks me mocking my voice.

'No he hasn't. I just don't want that right now and like you said we just met.' I say and see the exit coming up and he turns in to the exit and keeps driving. "Turn to the right at the next light." I tell Josh. 

We finally arrived at Dani's house. I heard a scream from inside the house.
