I just read the most hilarious Jily one-shot (au) ever.
So, basically, Lily and James both teach at Hogwarts and the student body ship them bc they find them adorable plus the argue nonstop all the time, so everyone thinks they hate each other.
One time, Snape was just like "Imagine the school with your son in it" or something like that to James and the student hear that he has a son and they are secretly writing jily fanfics in which James' hypothetical wife or significant other dies or is decapitated and even kissed by a dementor and are just beyond pissed bc their OTP is sinking only for two students to figure out the next day that Lily and James were married the entire time and Harry is their son 😂😂
