The gig wasn't much to write home about. Music without much of a beat in a tiny cafe, led to Talia choosing to read her lecture book instead of watching with the constant nudging from Clary to look up.

"Thanks for being our roadie," Maureen says to Clary as they walked towards the van outside.

Talia's walked slowly down the steps as she finished the chapter, only putting it down when she reached the mustard-yellow coloured vehicle.

"Yeah, and thank you for being our artist in residence," Simon praise.

He pulled at the neck of his shirt to raise it over his head. Talia looked away, eyes finding the stream of people filing into the club behind them. She noticed the other two women kept their gaze.

"Of course," Clary tells them, quickly changing the subject, "So you went on stage tonight as Champagne Enegma..."

The band members both laughed, "What were we thinking, right?"

Talia smiled gently, turning to look at the big glowing sign in front of them. Pandemonium, the 'demon' staying lit a bright red whilst the other letters were flashing on and off.

"...But now, we're rock solid panda," Simon proclaimed, giving a hard nod to Maureen in certainty.

"Yeah, we are," Maureen agreed, her dark hair bouncing around her.

"Rock Solid Panda, coming up," Clary says, grabbing one of the new spray cans from Luke and walking over to the side of the van, "I'm feeling inspired."

She sprayed the name in a classical style fit for a rock band. Talia loved watching Clary create with her art. It was a peaceful experience in which she could watch a the world transform around her.

Clary's hands moved subconsciously, flicking out each draw of paint before moving onto the next character. Unexpectedly, Clary reached above to begin spraying again. Talia sucked in a breath.

"What's that tag?" Simon asked, chuckling lightly.

A rune. The rune for angelic power. Talia ran her eyes over it once. Twice. There was no mistaking what Clary had drawn.

"Weird, I didn't even mean to draw that," Clary replied slowly. She regarded her artwork with a look of confusion, as if she were double-taking the existence of something she'd created.

Talia locked her lips as she attempted to process the outcome of this. Would Clary question it further? Would she have to say something? What if her mother finds out this happened when Clary was with Talia?
