Why I can't sleep at night sometimes

i will live my lifes purpose

I will part you with words and lessons I've lived.
See life is a blessing, and this moment a gift.
The pain and the hurt that we all once endure,
is brought on by the self
that's one thing I assure.
Attachment and gain are the cause of this pain,
and is relieved by rightful living;
By walking these paths,
We relinquish the past,
and this is just the beginning.
Our life isn't bad
if we see what we have,
and are grateful for every moment;
The heartbreak and fear
that causes these tears
are the reasons why I'm a poet.
I was born to create
and write to relate,
to bring peace to the mind and spirit;
When the reason I've come,
and my time here is done,
I hope to have made us fearless.
