Chapter 30: I think it's time that I marry your daughter

3 Months Later

Jacklyne's POV

"Oh god, my family is out there. The family that didn't even know I had a boyfriend," I muttered, staring at myself in the mirror. I was wearing a loose white dress because of my baby bump and my hair and makeup were done to perfection.

"Everything will be fine," Lydia said, smiling at me.

"This is so horrible, Lydia. Why am I doing this?" I panicked.

"Because you love Mike and you love your family. I promise you that it isn't that bad."

I sighed. "Ok, let's go."

We left the small room and walked down the hallway of my grandparents church. I noticed my dad standing outside of the sanctuary. I haven't seen him in so long.

His eyes watered as he gave me a hug. "You look beautiful."

"See? You'll be making all the men cry," Lydia said as she went to take her place up front.

"Let's do this," my dad said, linking his arm with mine. I wanted to see the look on Mike's face when he first saw me.

The music started and the doors opened. My dad and I slowly walked down the aisle and I looked at Mike.

Mike was crying, which made me cry. I never thought Mike would be the type to cry, but I could see the tears.

My dad handed me off to Mike and I wiped a tear off his cheek and he did the same to me.

The minister said a few words, recited our vows and then we finally put our rings on.

"Do you, Michael Christopher Fuentes take Jacklyne Martin to be your lawfully wedded wife through sickness and health, till death do you part?"

"I do," he sniffled.

"And do you, Jacklyne Martin take Michael Christopher Fuentes to be your lawfully wedded husband through sickness and health, till death do you part?"

"I do."

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Mike wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me passionate as he lifted me slightly.

I giggled as we joined hands and walked out of the sanctuary with cheers behind us.

"And now a speech from the groom," my uncle and the MC for the night said as Mike stood up to give his speech.

I took a deep breath, knowing there would be waterworks.

"First of all, thank you everyone for coming. And you shouldn't be complaining since I paid for everyone of you to come down anyways," he joked, causing everyone to laugh.

"These years with Jacklyne have definitely be the most memorable. Most of the memories I can't recite in front of our parents, but that's ok. Jacklyne has heard every vow under the sun from me. There have been so many times where I've had to recite my love for this woman, but somehow I never run out of things to say.

Jacklyne has helped me through my darkest times, and she doesn't even know it. Just seeing her smile makes me the happiest man alive. She appreciates my job and loves me for who I am, even with all the shitty rap songs.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, I can't imagine myself living without this beautiful girl. She is everything to me, no matter what. And I can't wait to add a precious baby girl to the mix. Thank you," everyone clapped as Mike came to sit beside me. I was crying literal cow tears.

He wrapped his arms around me as I cried into his chest. "I love you so much, Jacklyne Fuentes," he murmured.

"I love you too, Mike. I love you more than anything."

We finally got into our hotel room and I couldn't keep my hands off of him. I had been waiting all day to kiss him like this.

"Are you having one of those ninety-nine percent horny days?" He asked, chuckling as he laid me down on the king sized bed.

I nodded, wrapping my arms around his neck. We are having our honey moon on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

"Be careful, honey. You have a six month old baby inside you," Mike said, gently running his hands across my stomach.

I sighed and pulled away before I got too ahead of myself. "You're right," I said, taking deep breaths.

"Just lay back and let me pamper you."

I chuckled. "I can't believe we're actually married. This is going to damage your MikeyWhiskeyHands status," I teased.

"Don't care. I'll change my name to MikeyDaddyHands."

I laughed and gave him a kiss. "Here's to us, MikeyDaddyHands."
