So... Mother Celski told me off... Well, she wants her son to win, so it's all good. Right? Wrong. Well.... It's gonna be Tuesday tomorrow so... One day without JR won't hurt. I'm a tough cookie.

As I walked to my car near the exclusive private parking lot, I heard Gretchen's high pitched voice. I thought he was talking to me, but he appears to be talking to someone else. I hid behind a corner and pressed my ear to the hallow concrete wall.

"I talked to Dr. Holden. He told me that all you have to do is just walk in and find his test card and mark it. Just mark it. Just like that. But even better yet if you fail to mark it, slip this in his drink, it's a potent substance that is equivalent to the toxins of dope."

"JR's my best friend. Why the hell would I do that?"

"Because I have your dope test card, and you tested positive. I understand that no one knows about this, that this is strictly confidential. But I swear to you it will no longer be that way if you don't comply, Eddy Alvarez."

There was a period of silence.

Then I heard a choked up and teary voice, "Go to hell. Go to hell..."

"You're trapped!" Gretchen laughed triumphantly. "You have to do it. Then JR will test positive for dope and YOU will be spared for the next Olympics."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I needed to tell JR... oh shit. I can't do that either. Ok, then I have to find his mom.

I ran back into the arena and tried to find Sue. After 10 minutes of running around like an idiot, I found her in the restroom.

"Mrs. Celski!" I ran up to her breathlessly. "JR... He's... Someone's gonna frame him... Someone's gonna tamper with his dope test. I can't tell him... But I hope you would..."

She looked at me like I was crazy, thanked me slowly, and walked away. Damn it. She didn't believe me. Damn.....

Apolo. I need to tell Apolo.

I need to find him. ASAP. Before... Before JR's skating career comes crashing down.
