Chapter 10

No One's Pov:

"Alright first question, why were you running?"

"Roy maybe,"

"No, answer the question. Why were you running?"

Sigh

"I ran into Jason."

"Wait Jason? As in older brother Jason. Mr. Red Hood, I shoot bad guys and was brought back from the dead, that Jason?"

"No Wally. I'm talking about Jason Spisak the voice actor. YES RED HOOD JASON!!!"

"Alright alright no need to yell squirt."

Roxy was now fully glaring at Wally, and as much as Roy loved to see his siblings fight, he was in no mood to wait out their little cat fight. With a clear of his throat, he had once again caught the attention of his fellow companions.

"OK now that I have your attention again may I ask my next question?"

Roy was looking down on the two like a teacher trying to coax two kids into sharing a toy. This irritated the two younger heros, they both knew Roy loved being the eldest of the three. And he made this known any chance the archer got. Roxy huffed and turned her body towards Roy as to ignore Wally. Which was hard since the speedster decided to lean on her. She decided to ignore his action, and gave Roy a look telling him to continue.

"Alright so we have established Jason is the reason you went crazy and dragged us away from Rome. And I'm no detective so correct me if I make a mistake."

Roxy nodded her head.

"Now if this involves Jason, that means the problem involves the SuperBat family doesn't it?"

He got another nod, he also noted that Roxy flinched a bit at the mention of her old family.

"OK, so I am guessing that Jason + you + Rome = old family close behind. So you decided to panick and book it out of there faster than the Flash running from a diet plan. So my next question is, why are you running from them?"

"Wow, going straight into that part huh? What no small talk before we go into uncharted territory of angst, bad memories and heartbreak?"

"No, it's time we settled this. So please Roxana, answer the question please."

Roxy looked into Wally's pleading green eyes, it was clear that he was worried. And Roxy hated having others worry about her. So Roxy took a deep breath in, let it out and prepared herself.

"OK, it happened a few days before I meet the other Titans. As you know I was getting bullied at school."

The two redheads nodded their heads glaring at nothing. They really hated how the other kids treated Roxy. But Roxy had made it very clear they weren't aloud to do anything or else she would never speak to the again. And once she set her mind to something, she stuck to it.

"Well it started getting bad when they kept taking my homework, my grades started getting bad. Like really bad. So the school had called Bruce about it and of course he tried talking to me. Talking had turned into screaming, that's when things got out of hand."

Flashback:

"ENOUGH!!!"

The room fell into an uncomfortable and awkward silence as the rest of the family watched Bruce argue with the youngest of the batch in his study. Clark wanted to step in but was too scared to get in the middle of this. Both bat and bird were panting from their screaming match, both glaring at each other not breaking eye contact. Bruce had slammed his fist on his desk, under his fist a crack was forming. Roxana stood in front of him, a storm raged through her eyes, as she matched his glare. Bruce was getting too old to deal with this, so once he caught his breath, he started speaking again in a more calm tone.
