I shared my days and selected stories of my past with her. She was different not only because she shared her stories but because she seemed to listen to mine with great interest as well, she encouraged me to take life by the horns and made the dark days brighter. But the feeling that I needed her more than she needed me never went away. How would it, she was wiping my tears knowingly or unknowingly but I, I knew nothing of the storms in her life because she never shared that. I felt kind of unworthy because she had walls and wouldn't let me in. But who was I to complain I still had my walls, I wasn't telling her everything either.

But she is braver of the pair of us. She did something that changed us forever. She bared her soul to me. She took down the walls to reveal a castle in just as much disrepair as my own.
