Exciting Love (Mindless behavior vampire story)

I stopped running once I got to a small gas station. I take a seat on the curb and sit with my head in my hands.

What is wrong with me?

Nothing at all your perfect.

I snap my head up instantly looking around. Maybe I was just imagining it.

Shit I'm going crazy.

Not quite.

This time I stand up and look around. There is still no one around me and it's starting to freak me out.

"Whose there!"

It was quite a stupid question sense I was only hearing this voice in my head. I go to sit down again when I hear a twig snap. My ears instantly perk up and my nose flares. It smelled like roses and a deep musk.

All if a sudden a boy comes out from behind the trees.

"Sorry for startling you i didn't mean it." He says

"No it's fine I was just being paranoid. What's your name?"

He smiles. "It's Prodigy."

"Nice name. I'm Leah. I know not as cool as Prodigy but still."

He chuckles and shakes his head. "May I sit with you?"

"I mean it's no luxury spot but sure." I reply as he sits next to me on the curb.

"So what brings you here sitting on a curb at a mast gas station."

"Well I'm not sure to be completely honest." I reply. "I was just taking a run and somehow I ended up here."

He nods his head in understanding. For a while we just sit there talking about anything when his phone rings.

"Hey. No. Yeah. I'll be there soon. It's not a big deal. Don't worry about it. Okay bye."

"Sorry but I have to go. I'll see you soon?"

I stand up and smirk. "Maybe , maybe not." And with that I turn away and start walking away.
