So, as you may know, I have been watching Law & Order: SVU a lot lately. (I also freak out every time the name William Lewis is mentioned) So today I was eating my pizza and watching SVU. So basically, there's this girl who is the programmer (which sounds fun and I think I might be one day) of a game called Amazonian Warriors and this game is about to be released and streamed live. But, these dickheads are saying that she got to where she is by being a slut because she's about to marry a very rich guy. They're sending death threats and saying stuff like they'll make sure her raped, mutated, dead body is the front of every feminist blog; and "Bitches will die!" They even had people use laser pointers on the stage and they hacked into the lighting board and security.
But here's the part I semi like semi Hate:
She refuses to not release her game the next day. Even though those people are saying all that shit she still wont. Isn't that saying something? Is that something to look up to? Or should I think she's a dumbass? She got kidnapped because of her stubbornness but she's also saying, "I know there are haters and shit but I don't care, this is my game and there's a place for me even if you don't believe that." Anyways this just interested me. A hate crime against girl, women, gamers...
