Tori's POV
The first thing we did was walk back to the cafeteria.
"If we're gonna be stuck here, might as well get some food." Damon said shrugging.
"Damon! Your stealing!" I exclaimed, surprised that he would even think of doing something like that.
"Payton. Listen. Ms.Tray left us stranded, and I have to eat something. If anyone has a problem with it? We'll just blame it on her."
"Her name is Ms.Ray." I corrected and he rolled his eyes.
"Yeah because I care about that bitch's name." Damon said rolling his eyes, then tossing me a coke. I caught it easily and he grabbed one himself.
"Do you think they are going to come for us?" I asked, looking around at the place, thinking in horror that we might have to stay here.
"I don't know. No one's going to notice if I'm missing." Damon said, not making eye contact, but gazing out the window that we were passing.
"Yeah same here." I said miserably. Damon looked at me for a moment, that's when he looked straight forward shaking his head as if getting rid of a thought. We continued down the hall until we found ourselves in the library. We walked in, and each took a seat on a couch parallel to each other. I yawned and stretched out, staring at the dull white ceiling. That's when suddenly my eyes started to droop. I looked over at Damon to see him doing the same. I shut my eyes and welcomed sleep. When I opened my eyes, I looked over to see Damon. Wait Damon? Where the fuck am I? I looked around and I was reminded of the situation. I sighed and got up. That's when I heard a noise. I stopped, every muscle in my body was frozen, as a strained to hear the noise again. Then I heard it again, it sounded like scurrying down the hallway. My eyes widened. Holy hell. What if it's an ax murder?! Crap! I don't want to die, I'm only 17! Worst of all, I'm going to die with Damon Cahill. Fuck why does god hate me? Seriously ever since I gave up going to church, my world has been hell!
"What are you going on about?" Damon said sleepily, looking up at me.
"Damn it did I say that our loud?"
"Um yeah you did." He said matter of factly.
"There's someone here." I said, maybe he can beat them up or something. I mean he is strong, he could do a sneak attack or something.
"I'm not going to attack anyone," Damon said. Fuck did I say that out loud again? "I'm not because, no one is here. Your imagining things." He said rolling his eyes and laying his head back on the couch pillow. That's when the scurrying became louder. Damon's eyes opened and looked straight at me.
"Okay someone's here."
"Thanks Damon, I didn't notice!" I whisper yelled at him, furiously.
"Okay we need to figure out who it is, maybe it's Ms.Ray....or it could be a 'ax murder' as you said." Damon said getting up off the couch. "Now Tori, is there anything we can use as a weapon?" Damon asked like I was a child. At any other moment I would have told him off, but I was too scared to care.
"Umm..." I looked around, and noticed another janitor's closet. "Janitor's closet!" I exclaimed, and pointed at it. Damon looked over and strode to the door.
"Crap."
"What?"
"It's locked." Damon said, giving up.
"Let me try." I said, walking over to the door.
"Please, if you haven't noticed, I'm muscular, and stronger then you. If I can't open it, why would you be able to?"
"I, unlike you, know how to pick a lock." I said, rolling my eyes. I began picking the lock, while Damon stood impatiently, next to me. That's when there was a click and the door was unlocked. I grinned at Damon, victoriously. I reached for the door handle and tried pulling it. But it wouldn't budge.
"You have got to be kidding me." I muttered.
"Let me do it." Damon said trying to pry me from the door handle.
"No I can do it."
"I kinda doubt that. Let me open the door." Damon said again.
"No Damon, I got it!" I exclaimed, furiously.
"NO you don't!" He said back, just as mad. That's when Damon put his hands over mine and started pulling along with me.
"I got it!" I said
"No you don't!"
"Yes I do!"
"Your just a girl?"
"Well isn't some sexist?!" I exclaimed.
"Well isn't someone weak!" Damon said, and with one big tug, the door opened. But not before take me and Damon down. I feel square on Damon's hard chest. And I yelped in pain. Hell, how can someone's chest be that hard?! Damon's hand's were rested on my lower back, just above my butt. Damon looked at me and surprise, and my face started to redden. Suddenly a smirk spread to his face.
"Your just all over me, eh Payton?" Damon said, making me groan. Why?! Why must he do that?! I opened the door and pulled out a broom and mop.
"You want me to use a mop against a ax murder?" He looked at me dubiously.
"I'm sorry if that's is the only weapon we have here." I said, rolling my eyes.
"Well why can't I have the broom?"
"Why do you want the broom?" I asked.
"Because I'm better at this stuff."
"Yeah because you practice in the art of the broom!" I exclaimed. Damon looked at me, confusion written on his face.
"And you do?" He asked. Damn it he got me there. He grinned at my face and I scowled right back.
"Fine just take it." I said, handing over the broom and Damon handed me the mop. We crept toward the exit of the library. Then we started creeping down the hallway. That's when I felt something creeping up my back. I froze.
"Damon."
"Mm?"
"What's on my back....?" I asked, scared of the answer because as of right now....it felt like a spider.
"Oh crap."
"What?!"
"There's a giant spider on your back." Damon said, sounding genuinely freaked out.
"Fuck!! Get it off!"
"Hell no!"
"Please!"
"That things ginormous!" He exclaimed.
"That's what she said..." I muttered and I heard a grumbling behind me. I grinned in triumph. Finally a win for me!
"Please Damon! I'll owe you one!"
"Hmm...Alright deal. But I'm not happy about it." He said and then that's when I felt the creeping stop. I sighed.
"Thank god!" Damon started walking ahead of me with a smirk on his face. Damn him! Probably planning what I have to do for him. I shivered in disgust. I don't even want to think about that!
Damon's POV
Man her face! All I had done was creep my hand slowly up her back. Ha! Her face was too much. 'Oh Damon please I'll do anything!' I chuckled mentally, man I'm good. Oh and she owes me now. Yes! This is going to be fun. At least I'm not stuck in here with an ugly person. Wait...was that a compliment? Shit. Okay whatever, I'll just forget about that. Now all I have to do is think about what Tori has to do for me. I smirk spread across my face as I rounded the corner. Oh this is going to be sweet.Comment and vote! Thanks! :)
