Damon's POV

I woke up  to a snoring Tori. I groaned when I saw the clock to my left. I got up and sat on my bed. I looked over to see my best friend coming in. He silently crept over seeing as Tori was sleeping.

"Hey D. So you were stuck in school?" 

"Yeah thanks for rescuing me Hunter." I said rolling my eyes. (Props to anyone who remembers Hunter) He grinned and nodded his head. 

"So who's this fine lady?"

"Tori Payton."

"Does he have a sister?" He asked, and I chuckled. 

"Nope but she does have a handsome stepbrother." I replied.

"Then you can have him! I'll take Tori!" Hunter said and I chuckled again.

"No can-do. Me and Tori are dating. I told her I love her yesterday."

"Did she say it back?" Hunter asked excitedly, looking like a teenage girl.

"Erm...not exactly."

"Not exactly?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"She's stubborn." I said chuckling as I looked over at her, lightly snoring. 

"Frisky. I like it." I looked over as Hunter said that to see Tori shaking. Shaking? It's not cold. Is she crying? I walked over and found Tori's eyes tightly shut, her face red and tears streaming down her face.

"Tori?" I asked worriedly, touching her shoulder. Her eyes popped open and I noticed the small grin on her face. She suddenly burst out laughing. I looked at her like she had grown a second head. What the hell?

"Hunter! Oh...my...god... He sounds...like a....teenage girl!" She said, devolving in a fit of giggles. Hunter's face had become bright red at the laughter erupting from Tori. Once Tori had settled down, I introduced them.

"Tori, this is Hunter my best friend." The shook hands, as I continued. "Hunter this is my girlfriend Tori." 

"Girlfriend?" Hunter and Tori said at once. Both of their eyebrows raised. I scratched the back of my neck awkwardly. 

"Um yeah?" I asked, unsure now, due to their questioning gazes.Igiant grin broke across Hunter's face.

"OHHHH! You're in LOOOOVVEEE!" Hunter exclaimed, jumping up and down excitedly. Tori broke into a fit of laughter.

"I tamed the bad boy then?" Tori asked, an amused glint obvious in her eyes.

"Shutup.." I grumbled, getting up.

"I like you! We need to talk more! We should just hangout with out this boring loser. Me and you can have some fun!" Hunter said winking.That's when I took itas acue for me to get him out of there. I pushed Hunter out, much to his and Tori's protests, so I wouldn't have to indeaver anymore of their excitement that was starting to annoy the hell out of me. I sighed and turned to Tori, who was grinning.

"I like Hunter!" She said, grinning happily.

"You would." I said rolling my eyes at her and her blonde-like ways.

"Because I'm awesome." She said, letting the arrogance seep into her words. I rolled my eyes at her and sat down on my bed.

"Tori are we dating?"

"...what do you mean?" she asked, faking innocence to dodge the question.

"You know exactly what I mean." I said rolling my eyes.

"I'm afraid I don't Damon." She said shruging. I groaned and wiped my face with my hand.

"Tori please just answer the question."

"Well-" She began when the door swung open and Ben came in.

"Benny boy!" Tori grinned, greeting him with a hug.

"Tori girl!" She chuckled.

"What's up bro?"

"I'm checking you out!"

"I thought I had a few more days in here?" She asked in confusion.

"Nope! Let's go!" She grabbed her phone and charger. Ben said he'd meet her in the hallway so they could leave together. She looked over at me.

"We're not done with our talk." I said seriously.

"We are for now." Tori said shrugging. She gave me a kiss on the cheek and a small wave before exiting the room. The only thing going through my head was how boring it was gonna be without her now.
