Me and Kat(rina) have been best friends since we were only 13 years old and we met in high school, we had always been so close but we connected with one main thing..we both had the same life goal and desire.

We both hated living in our small home town in Scotland (that's where we were born and raised) and what we both wanted more than anything was to leave and go to America, specifically LA, we don't know why because at 13 years old we had never visited but had always been where it seemed right.

We both lived in our small town and had such superficial stereotypical families which weirdly we hated (we don't hate our families lmao! we love them but we hate the stereotypical path they have for us) and we knew that we never wanted to live there and we didn't want to have the typical life that everyone else followed. We wanted to leave and explore what the world had to offer.
Never had Kat and I ever felt like Scotland was our home and we never felt as if we belonged.

Now Kat and I are 20 we are moving to LA. Yes it took a lot of convincing with our families and some arguments but we managed to bring them to the idea that we needed to leave to be ourselves and be happy.

Kat has been dating her boyfriend for around a year, they are long distance because Sam..well he lives in LA. I know right! What a coincidence because obviously that's where Kat and I have been dreaming of for the past 7 years, knowing Sam is in LA has made it so much easier for us to move. Kat and I have met Sam on two occasions, both of which are when he flew to Scotland alone. I know, we are crazy, we have never ever been to LA but we are packing up our lives to move their forever, we have always been a little crazy and tbh from what we see from fellow youtubers, we know the place enough.

'Fellow youtubers'?. Yes I indeed do youtube, not full time like a lot of people do nowadays but i occasionally post vlogs and videos to do with my career. Although a huge huge part of moving out to LA is because it will really help with doing it full time there because here in Scotland Youtube really isn't big.

My career? Well 'career' probably wouldn't be the best term considering i'm just starting it when i go to LA but i have been in uni for 2 years doing photography and i have a job for a magazine company in LA waiting for me when i get there!
