"Okay.... well anyways since you're free. Slushies?"

"No, I mean why are you avoiding the subject?"
"Sawyer, *sigh* you're sixteen. You shouldn't have to deal with all the crappy situations you've been put into, but you dealt with them, like really well. You're just a teenager. You should be having fun, not worrying about funerals.

"I'm just trying to help you live like a normal kid."
"I'm not sure that's possible, I'm not exactly normal. How do you suppose you're going to go about this plan."

"What?"
"Stay your life. I'm going to help keep your life exactly the same."
