its been days of overthinking and daily regrets since me and daniel stopped talking jake and yaneth tried helping but it was no use here i was once again feeling heartbroken by someone i got to close with
"hunny please come down stairs" my mom yelled
i groaned in exhaustion i bearly got out of bed and she wants me to come downstairs
"im coming" i tied my hair in a messy ponytail and went downstairs
"your dad and i have something to tell you" she said sitting down in a stool
my parents rarely talked to me and if they did it was just to get mad at me so this was something new even for them
"okay"
"so we've made up our decision about our spring break vacation and were going to California" my dad said happily
"yay can't wait" i said sarcastically
"we're leaving the day tomorrow so get your things ready" my mom said getting up
i decided to text yaneth and jake to tell them what happened

i knew my friends had a point but i wasn't ready to talk to him again after everything he told i was still kinda hurt but here goes nothing i opened up the app after day and went to his chat as much as i wanted to send a message i couldn't get myself to send it i threw my phone on my bed and got up from the floor
i grabbed my suitcase from my closet and started packing my things since i knew it would get me distracted for a while
