Remember (Ai x Syo fanfic)

Another day in August

It was August 10, 2015. It had been two days since the idols had returned from their trip.  While most of them wanted to stay in a depressive state because their vacation was over, they were happy to be able to do some idol work. By idol work, it meant having a concert in the next two months. Shining Saotome threw the news to ST☆RISH and Quartet Night almost immediately after they returned. There were some mixed feelings. Some were elated to sing again, some were a bit suprised, and some were downright panicking. By panicking, this means Nanami Haruka has to compose another song for both groups as instructed by Shining Saotome. Not to mention, the concert is a combined concert with both groups! In summary, this means ST☆RISH and Quartet Night are going to sing their solos, unit songs, and their own group songs. Thus, began the harsh training of the fellow idols and composer.

"MS. HARUKA NANAMI!! I believe you're well prepared for these exhilarating months and compose love pulse songs!!!" Said the dramatic Shining Saotome. "Yes, I'll work hard to make this concert a success!" Haruka replied enthusiastically and left the room, for she had no further business except to compose songs.
"Good, very goood, let these princes shine!!!" Saotome would laugh maniacally.

Once Nanami returned, the idols were all assembled in the lobby, it was an idol conference, not really.
Everyone was present, they all made room within their schedules to meet up. With everything arranged, what else was supposed to do? Well, they should be practicing, unless they were doing something else. In simple terms, despite the meeting being informal and unofficial, everyone thought it was probably best to discuss the concert in advance.

"So we are all clearly aware of the upcoming concert correct?" Tokiya said. Everyone nodded. "We're going to sing at Yokohama Arena and the concert is a joint between ST☆RISH and Quartet Night. So far that's what has been confirmed," stated Masato, "Thus we're meeting to-" Masato got interrupted, "confirm our songs right Ichi?" Ren intervened. Tokiya nodded.  "Nanami-san I believe you have more information." "A-ah yes, u-uhm to continue on what Hijirikawa-san said, the concert will be at Yokohama Arena at the Kanagawa Prefecture. The songs that will be sung will be the songs that everyone is familiar with. I also happen to be fortunate enough to get the set list," Haruka said. "If you don't mind can you tell us the list?" Ai asked. "O-of course! I'll send the list via message," Haruka said. After a few moments different message tones were heard all around the same time. Everyone checked their phones. "Ahh! I'm singing with Ai-chan-senpai and Rei-chan!!" Natsuki exclaimed happily. "It seems that way, I'll make sure to add 'Masquerade Mirage' to our schedules," Ai said. "Ehh~this is going to be fun isn't kouhai-chan?" Reiji said. Haruka cutely nodded in reply. "Looks like we're second huh?" Masato mentioned. " 'Tenka Muteki No Shinobi Michi' is always a good way to warm up for the concert! I'm fired up!" Syo said excitedly. "I totally agree, just thinking about singing it with everyone just makes me really energetized! Right Haruka?" Otoya said. Haruka smiled and said in reply, "It sure will!" Cecil also added, "The fact we get to sing in front of a lot of people must be a gift from the Muses!" Then the three of the most energetic ninjas and composer began to chat about their excitement; straying off from the actual conference. "We're singing 'Joker Trap'," Camus said. "Don't just state the obvious," Ranmaru replied curtly. "Now, now we don't need a fight brewing," Ren stepped in. "I agree with Ren, instead of arguing, we should continue to look through the set list," Tokiya added. Then the silence between the two seniors ensued.

Once everyone was finished looking at the set list. Each idol will sing at least two songs as solos at least three songs that are sung with two or more people. It was 29 songs in total. The idols were quite excited, honestly they were, but with two months as the due date, the idols were in a race against time. They had to make sure that everything in the concert would be enjoyable and memorable. It wasn't a huge challenge but the two months will probably be proven to be troublesome. "Hey, if we're done, can we continue on with our day, I have to make new schedules," Ai said cooly. "That's true," Tokiya replied, "Well then, this meeting is over thank you for your time." "Why so formal Ichi? We're doing a joint concert now, to get along with eachother we need to loosen up," Ren said. "Ren, is right Tokiya, let's get along and make the best concert ever!" Otoya exclaimed while raising the hand he was holding with Haruka, and Haruka giggled. Tokiya smiled sentimentally, "Of course, everyone let's do our best!" "Yeah!!" Majority of the idols exclaimed. Then everyone split up and went on with their day.
