Day 3:
Keith was a mess. His face was slack and emotionless, he was particularly angry, and he hadn't slept a wink since Lance's capture.
Keith knew he had liked Lance for a while, even though he doubts he'll ever admit it to said boy any time soon. But, no matter how much he missed him, he told himself he would never take out his anger on his fellow PAl-adins (haha get it? No? Okayyyy). Nevertheless, Keith was exceptionally stressed, and that's what caused him to snap.

It had been some time after breakfast, when Pidge had said something that pushed Keith over the edge.
"It sure is quiet around here without Lance, huh? I can actually hear myself think for once."
Keith blinked.
Once.
Twice.
Three times.

Before slamming his hand down so hard, the table that was bolted to the floor began to shake.
"Never." He whispered "Never say that ever again."
With that Kieth swiftly walked all the way back to his room, a scowl ever present on his face.

Hours later, Keith still hadn't returned from the depths of his room.
Truth be told, he was embarrassed about his outburst, and he really wasn't all that mad at Pidge. He knew she didn't mean that she didn't want Lance back, but Keith was exhausted. Lack of sleep, and of course lack of Lance had caused him to be a teensy but grouchy (my emo little son).

They needed to find Lance, and quickly. But until then, Keith just hoped that the blue paladin was alright.

Day 4:
Lance was anything but alright.
The day before had come and went, with no extra Galra visits.

In some ways that was a good thing, maybe they had finally seen him to be as useless as he really was and had given up all together?
Alas, Lance knew that wasn't true. If anything, they were doing they're best to isolate him. Heck, it was working. Lance had grown up in a big family, and he was never left alone, as in, ever.

In all honesty, Lance was lonely. He would give anything to be back at home with his brothers and sisters, the thought of home-cooked food making his stomach grumble so loudly, Lance realized he hadn't been offered anything to eat or drink since he'd been in the Galra's fantastic care service. Maybe they thought that he would die of starvation?

The idea didn't sound all that bad to Lance.

He heard a creak, and finally a slam(!) as the door to Lance's room burst open. There stood a Galra alien he had never seen before, one with a name tag that read 'the Commander'. He was just as ugly as the rest of them, but he was holding a tray of food and a water canister in his hand, so Lance decided he couldn't be all that bad.

"Eat." He growled, throwing the food to the ground near Lance's feet.
Lance regarded the soldier cautiously, with one eyebrow raised, and was shocked when the 'commander' began to laugh(which sounded more like hissing and wheezes).
"We didn't poison it. We want to keep you alive. For now anyway."

Lance swallowed and examined what had been placed in front of him.
There was a roll of bread and a small cup of water. Great.

He winced once more before raising the meager amount of food to his lips.
Bon' appetit.

Despite wishing to savour it, Lance shoveled his food down rather quickly.

As soon as the last drop of water left the small cup he was provided, the tray was snatched up, and Lance let out a small whimper of longing for it to be filled with food once more.

He looked up at the snatcher, expecting to see crazy commander dude, but internally groaned at the face of the alien witch, whose smile was just as ugly as it was the first time he'd seen it.
Really,  that lady needed some serious toothpaste. Was it even possible for a person to have teeth that are green?

"Hello, Voltron pest. Ready to try something new?"
"Will you ever give up?" Lance groaned weakly. "I'm never gonna tell you anything you mujer estúpida del wombat!"
Lance grinned at her lack of understanding a laugh threatening to slip from his mouth.

"It doesn't matter." She growled. "You don't need to tell us anything. As I said, we are trying something new after all."

Lance felt his face go pale.
Hagger's face showed her green toothed smile.
"Let us take a peek at your memories, shall we?"

(A/N)- whoaaaa this chapter was sorta short I'm sooooo sorry!!
Also my translations for Spanish are gonna be super bad, but it's supposed to say "you stupid wombat woman". Who knows where the wombat came from, I think I was having a bit too much fun with this chapter. Also "Bon' appetit" is French for "enjoy your meal" but I probably spelt it wrong.
Anywho I haven't updated in like 9 and a half years and this ended on a little bit of a cliff hanger but?¿
Comment, vote, and tell me what you thought!
See ya next time when my poor Lance gets his mid looked into, quite literally. Bye!
