As for now, let us all do the practice of fasting and abstinence.

We must refrain or abstain from the indulgence of our appetite, from intoxicating beverages and cigarettes, or even from addicting social networking sites and computer games.

We must make our own sacrifices as what Jesus did on the cross. Let us remember what He did to save us all from our sins.

Let us be thankful for what He did for us and be sorry for all the unfavorable actions we've done.

Let us all be an instrument of God.
