Ok so today's the day!!! I'm going to the team ten house for the first time! It's currently like 5 in the morning because my flight leaves at 6 and need to get ready and go through check in and all that jazz. It takes about 40 minutes to fly to Vancouver so I'll get there at like 6:40 am. And then another three hours to LA and my flight to LA doesn't leave until 7:10 am so I'll get to LA at like 10:10 ish I think.
I get to the airport and share an emotional hug with my mom and dad and then get on my plane. We flew to Vancouver and the I caught my flight to LA.
When I landed in LA Tessa texted me saying her and Erika had come to get me. I walked out to where you pick up your baggage and heard a loud scream. The next thing I knew was there were two girls hugging me tightly. I hugged them back and thought to myself "friends". We got my bags and then we got into the car. Erika drove and Tessa sat next to her in the front and I sat in the back in the middle seat. Tessa pulled out her vlog camera and started talking. "Yo guys!! We just picked up Ane. She's the new member of team ten. Pretty awesome I know. If you want to check out her YouTube channel link will be on the description!" Then Erika and Tessa looked at each and said "you have youtube I have youtube ahhhh" and squealed. I laughed so hard. "This is what you have to look forward to Ane." Erika said. Within like 40 minutes of driving we reached the team ten house. "Wow it's even better in real life." I thought to myself.
It's now like 11:00 and I'm really hungry because I haven't eaten anything because air plane food is gross. "Want to put your bags inside and the go get a smoothie or something?" Erika asked. "Smoothies is the magic word." I said. "Oh good you like smoothies" Tessa said. "I used to work at a smoothie restaurant back in Canada." I said grabbing my bags from the trunk. "Well then maybe you can make us something sometime" Erika said. "Absolutely!" I said and we headed inside. "Here I'll show you your room." Tessa said heading upstairs. "We will be sharing a room until we move into our new house but I think it'll be fun! Like a sleep over every night!" "Totally" I said putting my bag on a bed that she has pointed at. I went back downstairs and we went to get smoothies.
