My jaw dropped to the ground. He was even more attractive in person. 'Hi, I'm matthew. I'm assuming you're my new neighbor?' He asked. I was still in shock, but I had to answer him. 'Y-yes, I am.' He chuckled, 'Well it's nice to meet you, do you have a name?' 'Nope, definitely not.' I laugh. I don't think he though it was that funny. 'I'm sorry, I'm kinda sarcastic. My names Danielle, lovely to meet you.' I smile. He lightened up a bit, but he still seemed tense. 'You're beautiful.' he said plainly looking at the ground. 'Thank you, you don't look too bad yourself.' I say ending with a wink. He just laughs, and looks at me. 'Well I'm gonna go unpack, see you around.' I turn to leave. 'can I have your number?' He asked. I nod my head, and he hands me his phone. I type in my number, and hand him his phone. Walking back to my house, I knew I liked him but I was sure he didn't like me back.
