Chapter 31

*Danielle's POV*

I feel a soft hand touch my face. Matthew. The plane landed and I had fallen asleep. The sun was shining so bright, I'm surprised I didn't go blind. I start to stand, but dizziness takes over my head. I sit back down, and cradle my head in my hands. This always happened when I get up too fast.

'You alright?' his voice raspy from not talking.

'Yes, that happens all the time.' I tell him, standing up again.

This time I regain my balance and move to the compartments that hold our bags. I'm not tall enough to reach so I wait patiently for him to hand them to me.

The plane ride was shorter than expected, and before I knew it we were back home. A car sits in my drive way, unfamiliar one.

I turn to Matthew with a confused expression. He doesn't look up so I gently hit his shoulder.

'what baby?' he asks not looking up from his phone.

'look!' I raise my voice.

'who's is that?' he says just as confused as I was.

'I don't know.' I reply.

I take out my phone, and text my sister.

'Who's Range Rover is this in our drive way?'

I get out of his car, and walk slowly towards the car. I come up to the front, and a note lies in the windshield.

'Happy Birthday Danielle.

'you're mom and dad got me this?!' I yell towards Matt's car.

'Yep, let's take it for a spin.' he smiles, and tosses me the keys.

I settle inside, and buckle in, as does he. I back out of the driveway, and speed up to the interstate.

Before I knew it we were going 80 miles per hour, so fast that didn't even see the deer until Matt's body lunged over me.

Suddenly I felt the car flip, and everything went blurry.

A/N; wow I am becoming horrible at this. there's going to be maybe one or two more chapters then I'm going to end it. I hate fan fics that draw everything out. So thank you for your support, and for reading!
