It's Halloween, and I'm dressed as a vampire. A hot non-twilight one!
"Maya, sis, do I look good, or what?"
Layla asked, twirling in her ghost costume. It was a plain white shirt with blood splatters on the chest, making it look like she was shot, a pair of blue faded white jeans, dark grey high heeled sneakers, light pink lipstick, white eyeshadow, and angel earrings.
"Like a hot ghost. What is Austin going as?" I ask, applying the last of my make up, and grabbing the shoes I'm going to wear.
"He's going as another ghost. We have a backstory and everything!" She squealed. Austin's her boyfriend of five years. Impressive, right? "Oh, girl, you look hot!" She said in a 'drama-popular-girl' voice.
I grinned back at her. "Thanks." I was wearing dark blue, almost black, jeans, black high heeled sneakers, red and black button up shirt, dark red lipstick, black smoky eye shadow, bat wing earrings, and a fake bite mark.
The door bell rung, and I immediately ran to open the door, Bubbles, our Siberian Husky, barking and following behind me. When I opened the door, Ally and Justin walked in.
Ally was wearing a cyborg outfit. She had aqua contacts with grey on the edge near the pupil, silver jacket, white tank top, grey jeans, and black and silver converse. She had silver pink lipstick, silver and white eyeshadow, and studded earrings.
Justin, on the other hand was a wizard. Not like Merlin wizard, like modern wizard. His blonde hair had a purple-blue hue in a , black shirt that said 'I Don't Want Realism. I Want Magic- Yes Magic.', blue jeans, and grey sneakers. He was also holding a wand that I won't begin to start describing.
Opening the door wider, I gave them a smile. "Hey guys, where're the others?" I ask, pulling them inside.
"Gabe said something about finishing Experiment H, or somethin' like that. Beth, Avi, and Jen are still getting ready. Oh, Hi Bubbles!" Ally said, bouncing up and down.
"She had some pixie sticks on the way here." Justin whispered into my ear, making me blush slightly at how close he was. Yes, I have a crush on Justin.
"Come in, Layla's making some snacks." I said, just as she popped out of the kitchen, a tray of various fancy snacks in her hands.
"Here ya go, now..." She pulled out her phone, typed a number, and waited for the person to pick up. "Austin? Yeah, it's me, where are you? Oh! Okay, I'll tell them, see ya in ten. Bye, love ya too."
"Tell us what?" Justin asked.
"Austin's helping Gabe bring something here." She said, snatching a small cracker, and walking back into the kitchen.
"Kaayyy," I sighed. "Let's talk."
