Driven to the point
Where I could stand no more
My knees are giving up
Setting my heart apart

Picking up the paces
Where the heartbeats follow
In the air of silence
The doom was yet to come

When she screams loud
And my ears bleed out
Red tears came rolling over
As the reality crashes down

She pulls my sleeves apart
And tears my skin to shreds
Shrouded with conscious and lost
I feel the pain no more

As I start to drown in the screams of death
The people I loved came to life
They reached out their hands to me
Shouting for mine in return

Gasping for air and life
She lingers in my soul
As she breaks me from inside out
To the point I could die from flaws

I could hear them scream
For love and hope
And to support me
From the grasp of her claws

And now our hearts are beating as one
As I cling on for my life
And she's fading away
For hearts over cancer
