‘Come on… Come on… you can do it, think Dylan… think’ His mind was a mess, his heart was raising fast and his hands were shaking.
His chest hurt for the running and he was having a hard time to breath. He took a look at himself, he was still wearing his lacrosse jersey, his first game and that’s how it was going to end. He looked around the forest was really dark, but he was not afraid. He knew he needed to keep going, and that he needed to think fast if he wanted to find them.
He heard a branch cracked and he hid behind a big tree. He closed his eyes and laid his head back. His contact lens were bothering him but his glasses were broken anyway so he was going to have to keep them.He thought about everything that happened that year and he suddenly felt the need to cry. He was not weak, he had put up with so much shit but this was different. She was in danger they all were and he was not ready to lose his friends… to lose the girl he loved.
If just things would have been different, if they wouldn’t have been there at that moment and time, this wouldn’t be happening.
“Come little geek, where are you?” he heard his sore voice scream over the trees “You can’t find them… you won’t…” the man kept saying and Dylan shut his eyes harder.
He was going to find him, and once he did he was going to kill him, like he killed everyone else. He needed to run, and he needed to run fast.-----------------------------------------------------------
