{ Demi pov }

I sat waiting for 5 hours with no updates. Wilmer sat next to me, and Dallas was in the hospital but out of my sight. Wilmer rubbed my shoulder as I continued to cry, "Hermosa, let's get you some food." Wilmer said softly. "I can't eat, I feel like I'll just throw it up."

His grip loosened a little. "Not like forcefully idiot." I chuckled, "oh." He smiled a little. "Here, I'll go get you something." I nodded and we shared a small kiss and he got up and left. "Demi?!" I heard a voice call our, I turned around and saw Madison. "Maddie!" I cried, I stood up and she ran into my arms, then I saw mom and dad. "I thought you guys got in tomorrow?" I asked, I hugged my mom and dad. "We found an earlier flight, have you heard anything?" Mom asked. I shook my head 'no'

"It's been five hours." I cried, "where's Dallas?" Eddie asked. "Somewhere, she slapped me and is blaming this on me." Mom took a step back from me "what the fuck? She's absolutely ridiculous."

Then a doctor came out, "Rebecca Lovato's parents?" They called out. Me and mom and dad walked up to the doctor "how is she?" I whimpered.

"She is alive"

I took a breath and I just started crying happily.

The doctor smiled at us sympathetic, "she has a really long road ahead of herself, she is in a coma due to blood loss, We won't know when she will wake up but she should wake up. But if she doesn't wake up in 5 months that means she is most likely never going to wake up."

What? He just said she should wake up. "C-can we see her?" Mom asked, the doctor nodded, "She won't look like herself, but right this way."

I looked at Madison "do you want to see her?"

She shook her head no, "okay I love you baby." I smiled, "I love you Demi."

We walked down the hallway and we walked into her room. She is hooked up to a hell ton of machines, a tube in her throat. She has bloody gauze on her wrists "will she have scars on her wrists?" I asked the doctors "yes she will."

I also took notice how her wrists were tied down, "why are her wrists tied down? She is in a coma."

"She was awake for a few minutes but she was very dangerous to herself and our doctors." I sighed, "I'll give you guys a few minutes."

He left and closed the door and I hugged my mom and cried, "she will wake up. I promise." I said in hopes I would believe myself as well.

One week has gone by, she hasn't waken up. It's the same thing everyday I took a break off work, I stay here all day and all night with my parents and Madison. Wilmer stays with me also, Dallas goes home and sleeps there and takes her daughter to school and does work and then comes back,

"Babe, I'm going to head to your house with Madison and we are going to get you clothes and stuff. Is there anything in particular you need?" Wilmer asked. "Um, my medicine and tampons." My voice cracked. He bent down and kissed my head "okay beautiful. I love you."

"I love you to baby." I smiled,

"Madison, how are you holding up?" Wilmer asked in his thick Hispanic accent as we drove to my sisters house. "I'm fine, she isn't dead. I don't know why every one is so upset she isn't dead." I lashed out. We pulled up into her drive way,
