Morning felt pretty lousy but at the same time, exhilarating. For not taking dinner, my muscles feel very exhausted, but the thought of a new friend I met yesterday gave me more energy to rise up early in the fresh morning.

After fixing myself, I went to the kitchen to see what everyone's cooking.

There were chopped vegetables, fresh fruits picked up this morning, and some dough still about to be baked.

I could hear the loud growl from my stomach, like a beast, waiting to be fed. The mixed essence from the once still being cooked and the mixture of spices gave me a tiny spin to my head, the scent and the morning smell is just so good.

"Good morning, Your highness." A maid greeted me, followed by the rest. I greeted back with a smile.

I took a fresh apple and headed out to feed my horse and prepare it for a morning ride. Even though an apple isn't enough for the energy I need, I'll just head back after I finish.

As I'm done setting the saddle on his back, I headed inside, washed my hands, and went to the dining area then sat to my chair.

My three little brothers were already up doing sword fight in the open area. The rest of the dishes were just being placed on the table.

My Dad came in from the giant door and I greeted him with much enthusiasm, half is forced. "Dad!" I yelled and gave him a quick hug. "Oh Hoo Hoo, Aye Lass, Good to see ye again!" He hugged back and let go soon as he saw the mouth watering dishes and headed straight to his seat.

I chuckled and trailed along back to my seat. Mom came in next and sat down like normal, As if what I said that made her look so bothered yesterday was totally forgotten. Instead of bringing it up, I cleared my throat and asked dad about the trip in the neighboring kingdom, after we gave our blessings and finally dig in.

He was telling us all about his great and fun adventures while he was with his three best friends, Atleast the air got lighter, Since I'm well aware that I'm bearing this deep tension, and I think I'm not the only one either.

Mom was sipping her tea while the boys are eating their dessert. completely locked their ears to hearing what father is saying, While I was joining the laughter, not much because of the story, but because what happened yesterday recalled everything back.

I stood up after I gobbled up my food in my plate, "I'm finished!" I said and started to walk to the kitchen where I'll be passing, to the back door, I could hear my father yelled behind, "Already?" Which made me chuckle.

I rode on Angus, along with my bow and arrow, while he sped like the wind's howl against us.

Every random target I placed around the trees, just like before, and as usual, I shot every one perfectly as always.

Just one day, after that, I felt like I'm back to my usual self. It feels a little ...

Depressing.

Especially recalling what happened yesterday, after the sun rose, till the sun set. I have encountered something unusual, that doesn't usually happens to our daily lives. I met a boy, who seemed around my age, or a year older, riding on a dragon, like a knight, in shining armor.

Flying out to find his princess. Only it wasn't just like every cliche stories you'd ever heard of.

A prince looking, was actually chief, ran away from his homeland, because he was left by his true love, on their big day.

Gladly it wasn't at the altar where he was left, because that would've been more embarrassing. But what's the difference. In the end, he's heart broken.
