After the run Rhona dropped me of first at my house. It was a nice day so I quickly set out tights, high wasted shorts and a Bring Me The Horizon t-shirt before jumping into the shower. Today was my last day before my parents come back, at least I was doing something good with my friends instead of watching TV! I had always been quick in the shower so within 10 minutes I was out and was getting dressed. I tucked my t-shirt into my shorts and towel dried my hair leaving it natural. I quickly swiped on some foundation, a brush of mascara and some lip balm, before running down stairs and picking up my phone to text Connor.
Text to Con from Grace:
'Hey, I'm ready so you and the boys can come into town anytime from now! Where are we going to meet up? I'll text the girls to come over x'
I texted the girls telling them to come over to my house, and as usual I got a textback from Connor within seconds.
Text from Con from Grace:
'Hey! We're ready now ;) where can we meet up, incase you don't remember, we have only ever been there once!x'
I completely forgot about that! I pressumed that Tesco was probably the best place to meet up, it was right in the centre of town. I saw I had a text back from each of the girls saying that they would be at mine soon, I texted them back telling them that it would be fine.
Text to Con:
'Um I think Tesco will be the best place to meet up! It's right in the centre of town you shouldn't miss it :) the girls and I will be heading down thee ASAP, see you soooonnnnnn x'
The girls arrived at my house within five minuets of me replying to them, I got my black Dr Martens on and we headed out towards Tesco. The walk was short so we arrived there quickly, just in time to buy a film for later on tonight. I paid for it, and the girls bought sweets and chocolate.
Kayla's point of view:
Ever since we had left Graces house she had been acting really tense and weird. We all knew it was obviously because she was meeting Connor again but, we were all quite nervous meeting the boys again. I really liked James, I mean I really liked him. He was so cute, funny and his accent was adorable. He had asked me out on the train ride back from Edinburgh and of course I said yes, even though we had only known each other for about six hours I felt like I had known him for much longer. We agreed not to tell anyone until the next time we'd meet up; which was today!
It was pretty obvious that Emily and Brad liked each other and the same with Grace and Con. I never really saw Jeanette and Tris when we were in Edinburgh but I'm pretty sure that they both like each other too.
Con's point of view:
How come four teenage boys of average intelligence can get lost so quickly in one town? Because somehow, we managed it.
"I better ring Emily." Brad said smirking at his phone
"You just want get in her pants Braddy boy, you don't need to hide it from us we all know, but if you must." Tris said obviously trying not to laugh at his own joke
"Oh you've caught me red handed!" Brad laughed, raising his hands above his head
"Look if you are going to phone her please just hurry the fuck up and man! I'm going to be out of fuel soon!" James said to him "There better be a petrol station near here!"
"Yeah Brad, hurry up." Tris and I mocked James before laughing
"SHUT UP ITS RINGING!" Brad shouted, turning around and glaring at Tris and I.
Brads point of view:
"Hello, Brad is that you?" Emily asked
"Yeh, it's me. Umm we've managed to get a tiny bit lost." I said to her feeling rather embarrassed.
"Oh my god, we live in like the smallest town ever! How the f- ugh it doesn't matter, where are you?" She asked me her tone of voice obviously very unimpressed.
"I'm wear in a car park out side of B&M?" I answered her in a question format
"-they're just on the other side of town," I hear her say "We'll be right down, stay there it will only take us five minuets!" She said sighing.
"Okay, thank you! I'm sorry!" I said to her laughing.
"It's fine Brad! Byeeeeeee!" She said before hanging up.
"There on there way," I said to the boys, "she said they'll be here in about five minuets."
"Guys," Con said, "I need some advice."
"Fuck, your not pregnant are you?" Tris said. We all burst out laughing even Con laughed a bit as well.
"No! But seriously guys, I really like Grace. I mean not just like... I mean like like." Con said to us
"We already knew that, is kind of obvious!" I said to him
"W-what do you mean?" Con asked
"Whenever she texts you for face lights up, when we saw her this morning you looked so happy and then she went and you got really moody, until she texted you again and you were okay." I said to him.
"Oh? Anyway," he said his cheeks burning bright red "do you think she likes me back?"
James, Tris and I all exchanged looks and then all shouted "YES! Of course she does you idiot!"
That was when Kayla knocked on the window of James' car and stuck her tongue out, James did the same before stepping out of the car and giving her a kiss on the cheek and a long hug.
Graces point of view:
"Woah what's going on here?" I asked Kayla as she pulled away from James
"James, we would like to ask you the same question." Con said, his blue eyes seemed brighter than they did this morning.
"Well..." said James
"Well WHAT?" The rest of us (expert from Kayla of course) shouted at him
"IaskedKayouttheotherdayonthewaybackfromEdinburgh. We decided that we'd tell you all today!" James rushed
"Oh my god, oh my god, I'm so happy for you!" I squealed in Kayla's ear as I hugged her, "But you, Mr McVey, hurt her and you'll have me on your hands." I said giving him a death stare before laughing and hugging him too.
