Act 4: SAO signal

"Kioko,  you are late for school already.  I'll head to school now!  See you there. " I shouted

I walked to school. As I arrived at school my friend Silica, called me.

"You heard the news? " She looked at me.

"What is it? " I glanced at her.

"A friend of mine told me that there's been signals on the old game, SAO. It was only one signal connection.  It was so strong,  clearly,  only a rich person can have that very fast internet connection.  The signal has been found in our town.  Who could it be? And why is that person still playing SAO,  he'll die in the game!", She explained

It's seems that someone has played SAO again.  But why would this guy play it.  A lot of players got ill and died in the game.  Isn't he afraid of dying inside the game.  Why would he play it when there are games that are safer than SAO?

The bell rang,  and it's time for me to go to my classroom.

"Well,  let's talk about that later, we don't want to be late, right" I laughed and walked to the building.

I arrived at our classroom.

"Our lesson for today is about... " My teacher said.

I am worried about Kioko,  he's not on the school yet.  What is he doing,  maybe he is on a vacation.

"Kioko Akhiba, Kioko,  where are you? " My Teacher yelled

"I'm sorry ma'am,  but I walked pass their house,  he was not there,  maybe he has gone somewhere else." I stand and spoke.

"Well he have an unfinished job.  Can you hand him this later?" My teacher gave me a paper.

I agreed.

The class is over and I was heading home.  I remembered I have to deliver something to Kioko,  so I headed to their house.

"Kioko. Kioko are you there?!" I knocked at the door

He's still not here. 

I heard a voice yelling inside the house.  So I ran inside and began to search for Kioko. I heard the voice again.  This time,  it sounds like suffering.  I was worried about him.

I walked to his room,  it was open.  I found him lying with a...

It was a...  He was wearing...  a...  How...  it was a...  NerveGear!

The very first equipment used for virtual reality games and the game...  SAO!

He was yelling like he was suffering so much. I comforted him and said "Kioko, it is alright,  I will help you through this.  Just wait."

I called Silica and told him to call her friend that found the signal. Maybe he can help.

Kioko,  I hope he's alright...
