Monster

Mary's POV
"Shit." I said, running over to Jake with the others. "I'll take him up to the bounty." Said Max. He's stronger then he looked. He carried Jake up to the bounty. His eyes were half open. "Oh, come on! I didn't even hit you that hard!" Said the big kid. "What you want to fight us?" "We will if we have to." said Casey. "3 girls against 6 boys? Not a chance." Said the big kid. "3 girls and a me." Said Max walking back. "Oh, no, I'm so scared, what are gonna do four eyes?" Come at me" said the big kid. Elise put her book down and Max took his glasses off. We were all ready to fight. "What's your name?" said Casey. "Andy." Said the big kid. "Well Andy, you obviously don't know who we are." Said Casey again. One of the boys through the first punch and we all stared. I didn't look over to see how the others were doing I was too focused on the guys I was fighting. I did Spinjitzu to trough him off guard. Spinjitzu is like riding a bike, it hard the first time, but you never forget. When I was done something landed on the ground right in front us. "What the hell is that thing?" asked Chase. "I don't know, it's not the problem." Said Andy. I started to get scared. It looked like a wolf, but it was a bit bigger and had a face like a fox with thick black fur. It let out a loud lion rawer. The boys ran away screaming. It turned around to look at us It didn't look harmful, but I was still scared. "What do we do?" Asked Casey. "Stand perfectly still, maybe it will get bored and walk away." Said Max. Its tail started wagging and he let out few growls and barking noises. "I think it's getting angry. Should we fight it?" I asked. It started to whimper and it ran in the back of the building. We ran over to go find it for about 10 minutes, then we got back onto the bounty. "Good, your back." said Jake. "You'll never guess what happened! We were fighting those guys and out of no wear an enormous monster thing shows up! Did you change your clothes?" I asked. He looked down. "Umm, no I've always had this." He said. I think he was lying, his face gets red when he lies. "It shows a lot of skin." Said Casey. It was a black vest with red pants. So his entire chest was exposed. He had a red bandana wrapped around his head. "I'll wear a T- shirt when we train." Jake responded. "What did the monster look like?" Jake asked. "Did it hurt you?" "It was a little bigger than a wolf, but wasn't a wolf." Said Max. "It also had black fur." I said. "I'm goanna get ready for bed." Said Casey. "We should tell the ninja in the morning." Elise wrote. "Sure, that's a good idea." Said Jake.

I woke up in the middle of the night on the floor with a pillow under my head and my blanket on top of me. I sleep walk sometimes. It happened a lot when I was a kid. I got my stuff and got back in bed. I looked at my clock on the night stand. It was blinking 12:00 which meant the power was out. I closed my eyes, and opened them I was on the floor again. I sat up, my clock was still blinking 12:00. I looked in the others to see if any of them were awake. They were gone!! All of them, there beds were made, but they were gone. Elise's sketch book was on her bed, and so was Max's glasses, but they were gone. I crawled to the corner and started sobbing. I didn't know what to do.

I looked up and Elise was leaning over me worried. I was on the floor and was sobbing. I hugged Elise and she took me a cross the deck into the living room were we put Jake's dog for the night. His name is Eric by the way. Elise sat me in the couch and gave me the TV remote. Eric cuddled up next to me. Elise came back in the room with two cups of water and her sketch book. "What happened?" She wrote. "I walk in my sleep some times." I replied. "Why were you crying?" She wrote. "I had a dream that I was alone. It was the middle of the night and I looked around and you guys weren't there. I was never alone. I had family literally surrounding me my entire life. I don't know what it's like to be on my own." I said. She hugged me and wrote "Don't worry, tomorrow is a better day." "I hope so." I said.
