FITMB 7: Unexpected Shooting

Faye's POV

Wednesday.

Darryl and I are riding on his car on our way to school. Darryl fetch me in our house because its still raining. November is one of the rainy months.

I am now wearing a big smile simula pa nang pumasok ako sa kotse niya.

"Everything seems great huh?"
He said as he noticed my good mood.

"Hindi naman. I am just feeling a bit excitement!"

"Bakit anong meron best?"

"All things are free for me the whole day now!" I happily exclaimed.

"My treat. I almost forgot. Hehe"

"Yessss. Your treat. And don't you dare forget Dan Darryl!"
I said while pointing my index finger on his face.

"Okay madam manang." Naiiling niyang sabi.
I frowned on the endearment he used on me. I just crossed my arms infront of my chest while frowning and pinned my back on the front seat's backrest. Baka hindi pa ko ilibre nito pag sumabat pa ako.

I suddenly remembered the incident with manong last last night because of the endearment madam manang.

"Best, you think makikilala pa tayo ni manong guard?" I asked.

"I guess, not anymore. We are both wet that night so I think kahit paano, naging iba yung itsura natin nun. Besides, madilim na din nang mga oras na 'yon." He explained smartly.

"You sure?" I want him to convince me because I am a bit nervous now. What if makilala kami ni manong?

"Clear that thoughts in your mind best. Ako ang bahala sa'yo" I felt my skin shivering when he winked at me.

Ipinilig ko ang ulo ko at tumingin na lang sa side window ng kotse.
Ang lakas pa din ng ulan.

I felt shock when Darryl's right hand's index finger hooked my chin and face me to him while his free hand controls the steering wheel.
His head is movably facing mine then on the road then on mine again.
"Best wala naman tayong ginawang masama. Why would you feel scared?" He asked calmly.

"Eh ikaw kasi! Tumakbo takbo ka pa, edi mukha tuloy tayong guilty nun!" I frown.

"I just found manong funny to trip with." Natatawa niyang sabi.

"Ikaw kasi puro ka trip! Ayan, napapahamak tayo dahil dyan sa kalokohan mo! Best naman eh!"
I pouted and hit his hand which is holding my chin so it had swept away from my face.

He just focused his sight on the road with the two hands driving now.
Napapikit ako ng mariin.

Huhuhu. Kapag napatawag sa principal's office sina mama't papa siguradong madidisappoint sila sa'kin!

"Kapag hindi sila naniwala, edi sasabihin nating normal lang kung anumang iniisip nilang ginawa natin."

Napamulat ako sa sinabi niya.
"N-Normal? What do you mean?!"

"We will tell them na mag-asawa tayo" he then winked at me.

Awtomatikong nanlaki ang mata ko sa idea niya. Aba't?!

"Ikaw talaga Dan Darryl! Puro ka kalokohan! Nag-aalala na ako dito pero puro kalokohan pa din yang iniisip mo!"
I hit his right arms repeatedly while shouting and scowling at him. I don't care kung magalit siya at hindi na niya ako ilibre! Nakakainis siya!

"A-Aray best! Ano ba?! B-Best stop it! Aray! Baka mabbangga tayo! S-Stop it! I'm just k-kidding! O-Ouch!"
I gave him one last powerful hit on his arm before I stop.
