Chapter 12

~Fionna's POV~

"Cake!!! What are you guys doing here!?! It's so good to see you!" I said as I hugged her and Mono.
"Well we've got something to show you down by the entrance, if your not too busy." Lochro said eyeing Marchall.
"No. We're roomies. Guys, this is Marchall. Marchall this is my sister Cake and her fiancé Lord Monochromicorn."
"Nice to meet you." Cake said shaking his hand.
"We've met." Lochro says.
"Ok." I said.
"Let's go! You can bring yah roomie too." Cake said.

Me and Marchall followed them to the entrance. Lady was there, yelling something with her hands full of bags.
Cake frowned and looked angry.
"Ey!!! Get all yall butts out here or there's gonna be some major trouble!"
Five kids came scrambling towards her.
"Fionna, meet the kids. Kids this is your aunt Fionna."
"Hi Fionna!" They said in unition.
"OMG, hey you guys! You guys are so cute." I said walking towards them. Marchall just shuddered. I either kissed them or ruffled their hair. We went back to my room to catch up and the kids just played, wich left our room totalled after they left. Me and Marchall both plucked down onto the couch afterwards.

"Wow. Those kids.....sure are a handful." Marchall said while yawning.
"Uh-huh." I said with my eyes closed. Suddenly I felt Marchall get off the couch and clear his throught. I opened one eye to see him infront of me with his arms outstretched towards me. I frowned.
"What??" I asked opening my eyes.
"I'm not gonna clean up by myself Fi." He said eyes still closed. I smiled at this and took his hands.

After we cleaned our room, I walked into my room and fell face first onto my bed. I kicked off my shoes and pants and got underneath the blankets. I drifted off to sleep almost immediately.

I woke early again and went for a jog in my usual sportswear. I jogged to school, 20 laps around the field and jogged back. Suddenly someone grabbed my shoulder. I took out my earphones and saw that it was Gumball.
"Hey Bubba. How's it been?"
"Fine. Thank you for asking Fionna. And you?"
"Great! What are you doing around here??"
"I go to school here."
"Funny. Haven't seen you at school before though."
"Ha-ha." He laughs nervously." I tend to keep my distance."
"Okay well, see you at school then. Bye!" I said waving and continued my jog home.
"Bye." He waved back.

When i got home I took a shower and had some breakfast. Just then Marchall walked in.
"Get enough sleep." I asked smugly.
"Nope, but I've gotta hand it to you. Yesterday was a whole lot of fun. Tell Cake..." he said while looking down and rubbing his neck. I winced early at what he might say, but instead his expression changed into a smirk.
"Tell her to bring them by more often."

WHAT!?! Marchall doesn't like kids! Well apparently until yesterday.
"Ok. Gotta go Marchall. See you in a few minutes."
"Bye!" He yelled out of the bathroom while brushing his teeth.

The day went on as usual and soon it was break. Gumball walked towards me where I was standing in line.
"Hi! I knew you'd make it." I said.
"Ofcourse. There's  alot we need to discuss."
We finished off and went to where me and Marchall usually sat.
"Hey Marchy. This is Gumball. Gumball this is Marchall."

Gumball glared at Marchall, while Marchall just gave him a bored look in return.
"Marchall." Gumball greeded. Marchall then smirked for a split second before his expression returned.
"Dickhead." He greeted under his breath. I heard it though. I just looked at them.
"Fionna. Thank you for the invitation but I must politely decline." Gumball said turning around.
"Oh, and Fionna. Your more than welcome to join me if you want to be in a more... Decent company." He said.
Marchall looked pissed.

"O-kay. That was akward. How do you two know each other??" I asked Marchall.
"Me and Gumwad over there go way back, but he felt he was too important to be hanging with someone like me. Not that I cared ofcourse." He said, sucking some red out of his apple.
"OK. So-"
"Hey! Babe, come here. Wanna show you something." Heath cut me off.
Marchall looked down, clenching his fists. I followed Heath. He led me to a small room. I opened the door, but there was absolute darkness.
"Uh, Heath? There's nothing in here."
"Exactly." He said and pushed me inside.
