Lol, I've finished school now. I'm adult now. Ballocks. I have responsibilities now. I mean, I already had responsibilities but now these responsibilities really determine whether I make money, become a hobo, go to prison or die...

Anyway, instead of worrying about real life stuff I'm gonna make a chapter for a fanfic I started like 5 years ago RIP me

(Lian's POV)

"So," Rythian said when we reached the top of the cliff, "Was it over that quickly?"

Quickly?

"The hell you talking about?" Maria asks, glaring at him. "How long were we away for?"

"Only about five minutes, why?" He asked, confusing us that bit more...

I shrugged my shoulders, "It was just a bit longer for us..."

"Wait, how long we talking here?" Rythian asks, raising a concerned eyebrow.

Yes that eyebrow is concerned about my well being, not Maria's though.

Before either of us can reply, a person appears! Not just any person, the head of security person...

Ugh oh, mean lady alert!

"Hey, my aunt isn't mean!" Maria glares.

"Your - what?!" Me and Rythian yell in unison.

"Maria!"

"Okay, maybe she's a little intimidating..." she mutters, seeing that it was her that was going to get the full force of the...whatever it is we're about to see.

Smack!

"Holy duck!" I yelled as Maria was thrown to the ground.

"You stupid, insolent girl!" she yelled, pulling her leg back to kick her.

Only, you know, I didn't let that happen.

"Tackle power!"

"Lian no!"

And so, ignoring Rythian as per usual, I tackled the security lady to the ground and pulled my fist back and well, you could guess what happened next.

I got pulled back!

For the love of -

"Lian don't!" Maria yelled, yanking me back. "You can't!"

"And why not?" I asked, "She hit you, damnit!"

The woman rises to her feet, holding onto her head that she hit on the fall down. Good! I hope it bloody hurts you nasty piece of work! Sure, hitting people, I do it all the time, no big deal right? It's different when it's someone you're supposed to love and protect!

"Then why the hell do you hit me?" Rythian asks.

"I hit on you." I reply, winking making him guffaw. "There is a difference, sweetie."

Oh, that blush looks brilliant on his face...

"Maria, let the pathetic foreigner go." the woman says, making me pretty aware of the fact that she's still holding me back! Damnit, let me go! I'm gonna kick her ass!

Wait a minute...

"Foreigner?!" I yell, "I'll have you know, I am a - "

"Refugee!"

"Tourist!"

"What?"

"Rythian!" I face palm. "Don't blow our cover!"
