Humans are assholes.

With Frisk being the exception of course. I just don't understand why so many people come harp at her for so many petty things.

But why do humans do anything?

I casually lean against a wall in the court room (if that's even what theyre called) listening to the nonsense.

Apparently this is an important meeting for Frisk so I thought I'd come and 'support' her. By support I mean show up, There were lots of people who showed up to listen, it was even live on television.

I'm sure paps and the others are watching, At least I hope...

Anyway, they were just talking about equality and about stupid issues when a man stood up abruptly and started shouting.

"What the hell were you thinking girl! Letting all these freaks in our community! We should ban them back underground!! I'll have you kno-" He was cut off by a woman who then stood up,

"How dare you! It doesn't matter what race they are! A life is a life and that's what matters so sit down and show some respect!" She shouted when another man stood up.

"Yeah! Who cares where they came from! People like you make me sick!" He yelled then every one stood up and started screaming at each other.

"All lives matter!"

"Monster trash!"

"They're not hurting anyone!"

"They're stealing all the jobs!"

"There's nothing wrong with them being here!"

"They're a threat to humanity with their magic!"

"We all share this earth!"

Everyone bickered and bickered until finally Frisk spoke up, "That's enough!" She yelled in to the microphone. She needed to have all control.

Everyone went silent.

Even though I would never admit it, I was a bit shocked. I had never heard Frisk raise her voice like that. Everyone turned there full attention to Frisk.

"I know the change is difficult, but I'm not accountable for every monsters actions. What is  done is done and you all have to accept it!" Frisk spoke sharply, yet with pride. "Look at what's happened to humanity for gods sake! We are all something on this earth and we need to respect one another!" They hung on every word, leaning into her demanding tone. "A monsters life is just as important as a human life. Everyone needs to learn to live with one and other peacefully if you don't want another war. And with that," Frisk took a deep breath before continuing. "This meeting is over." Frisk finished and left the table and out the door right past me.

Everyone remained silent.

I quickly followed after her, as she left the building. "Frisk are yo-" I stared but she cut me off.

"I'm fine." She said coldly and got into the car, noting that she slammed the door.

I got in the seat next to her and she started driving home. I sure as hell wasn't saying anything. I didn't think leaving the meeting on live television was smart but I'd rather not get my head cut off.
