Chance's POV:
I woke up to the sound of talking coming from the nearby. I rubbed my eyes and slowly stood up from the couch.
Yesterday I was to lazy to walk upstairs so I slept here. I walked to the kitchen. "Morning guys" I said and looked at Mason and Ace who were looking through some stuff on computer.
They nodded and Ace asked. "Can you make me a coffee?" I nodded and also made one for myself. "So what are you guys doing?" I asked and looked at the computers screen.
They were looking through the gangs in different areas. "Anything new about that Felix guy?" I said.
Mason looked over at Ace for him to speak while he continued to look through the files. "Actually yeah we found something. It looks like he might have known Blaine. " He said.
I sat near them. "How come?" I asked. "We think that he might be the one who had deal with Blaine about that masked men and all that stuff." He said and Mason opened one file on computer.
It was showing that Blaine and Felix were at the same prison for nearly the same time. Felix was freed before Blaine.
I took computer from them and went to the list of gangs in California. His gang "The Blurred Souls" was in top 10.
"Yeah they were in same prison but it can't be that he was the one who made deal with Blaine. I mean if this Men is his gang members his gang should have been the #1" I said Mason nodded.
"You had a point in here. But, if it isn't because of Blaine than whats his purpose in weakening our reputation?" He said.
I sighed and dropped my head. "I think when the time comes we will learn it" I mumbled.
"Good morning people" Max said with unusually positive voice. I looked at him confused.
"From where comes this positivity?" Mason asked the question that I had in mind.
"Well you know, I think I just got new boyfriend. We are having a date tonight" He said and I smiled.
"Lucky you, so when is the date?" I asked him out of curiosity.
"For tonight in one of the fancy restaurants." He says dreamily. He was looking really happy for the first time in a while.
"You know, babe I think that we never really had a date. Want to fix that tonight?" Ace said while he drank his coffee.
He has a point tough.
"So, what is your plan, boyfriend?" I asked. But before he could answer Jason came in to the room with a grumpy face.
"Someone got up from the wrong side of the bed." Mason said silently only for me and Ace to hear.
Jason sat down at the table and looked at us. "What? Why are you all looking at me?" He said with annoyed voice.
Yep definitely weird, even for Jason.
"Well it looks like you hadn't slept tonight. Am I right?" I asked him.
Jason sighed. "No, I mean, yes you are right. I was out and came back in early morning" he took a sip from his tea.
I shot a look at Max and he cleared his throat. "Dude weren't you tired yesterday?" Max asked Jason.
"No, I think not enough to go to sleep. So I went out" he said. It was clearly obvious that he didn't wanted to talk about it.
"Anyways as I was saying. Wanna have a date tonight?" Ace changed the subject and looked at me.
I smiled. "Yes it is totally cool with me." I said. He smirked. "Of course it must be cool with you I am your boyfriend after all. " he said cockily.
I rolled my eyes at him and other chuckled. "So be ready for 6 babe."Ace said and stood up from his place.
He patted Mason's shoulder and walked out. I stood up from my place too. "Jason can you look through Felix's gang and try to find information about the members it could help us if we have their photos" I said.
I walked to the upstairs and went to the shower. After doing my morning routine I looked through my clothes with hopethat I could find something appealing for tonight.
Fuck, Chance when was the last time you went shopping?
I gave up and dressed into loose shirt and jeans. To be honest I think thw last time I went shopping was a long time ago. I was shopping with the Roxy a.k.a the traitor.
That's why I am going to shopping. I decided that it would be boring if I went there alone so I called Blair and she happily agreed.
This would also help me to get to know her better. Because sometimes I think that I rushed with the desicions of her being the part of the gang.
Maybe I should have gotten to know her better or something.
I put my hair in the high ponytail and went to the outside. Blair texted me her adress and I was going to pick her up.
"Hey, there" I said as Blair sat in the front and yawned. "Morning Chance" she answered.
"You look sleepy huh?" I glanced at her and turned my attention back to the road.
"Yeah, I guess you can say that." She chuckled and said. Soon I parked the car in front of the shopping center and we both got out.
Me and Blair spent few hours looking through the shops and chatting about different things.
In fact, me and her have a lot in common. I feel like I can trust her to be loyal, to be my friend.
I just hope that she won't disappoint me.
