"Why are you so quite?" Lucas asked

"What do you want me to do?" I asked completely not interested in talking at the moment

"Is there something wrong?" Crystal asked

"No" Actually I don't want to go. What a coincidence that the event that I will attending soon is Kim's company's event. I really want to avoid this

"Hey you can find girls here" Lucas tried to cheer me up

"I'm not interest Lucas so stop trying to cheer me up because it won't work"

"So why are you being so grumpy?" Crystal asked

"Nothing"

"You're acting like a girl on their period" Crystal commented and I rolled my eyes

Not long after that we arrived at the venue , the others already here too. We got off the car and walked inside. I felt my heart beating weirdly while I entered the ballroom.

First of all , we gathered together. The 7 Gold Lifes Kids and the others of course.

"Why are you so quite?" Chris asked and I shrugged

"Hey Ethan" Taylor greeted me

"Hey Tay"

"So what happen with you and Kim? Is everything okay?" Matt suddenly walked to me and asked

"Not really , things never work between us" I said truthfully as I took a glass of cold water

"You need to fix it before you regret it" He said seriously

"Not interested"

"You should because if you don't , you'll end up like me" I turned to him completely not understand

"Before I met Scarlette , I might like someone. But I didn't want relationship at that time and think that she won't go anywhere but she ended up with someone else. I regreted for not claiming her sooner so it ruined me"

"Well now I have Scarlette everything changes. You should think about it" He patted my shoulder. I sighed and suddenly my eyes landed on Kimberly who's standing around 5 m away from me.

She looked so beautiful in her short white dress. She's not too over with her make up and hair. Everything was just simple. She looked stunning , beautiful and just.. I'm out of words

Suddenly someone came to her slipping his arm around her waist and kissed the side of her head. I felt so weird , there was something burning inside of me. She talked to him laughing and just enjoying the night. My eyes widen as I realized thay guy was Rafael

"He likes her a lot" Suddenly Jess stood beside me and I hate being lectured by my own friends

"I don't care" I hissed

"He always there for her , care for her , cherish her and love her but she always reject him because of you" I felt my heart hurting when Jess said that

"Rafe proposed to her last year" That made me turned to her but Jess was looking at Kim and Rafael

"And again she rejected him. She likes you for years and he likes her for years but she already had her limits for you. So she's done" Jess continued and I didn't like the idea about Rafael proposed her

"It's time for you to stop , you lost your chance 2 days ago Ethan. Now suck it up and let them be happy. Don't ruin it"

"You're too late , she's going to start learning to love him. They will be a couple soon so let her be. I want her to be happy and Rafael already prepare her everything for her. House , money and everything that she can't even imagine" I was burning inside and I knew If I stay here a little longer I might burn the building down
