Curtis's POV
No fucking way! That can't be the naga, could it!? I looked in shock at the teenaged boy who stood in front of me, "Its nice to meet you two." Clark said, smiling. The boy nodded and bowed, "Its nice to meet you too." The boy muttered, the little girl was still glaring at us not saying a word. The boy looked down at the girl and patted her head, "Its okay y/n. They're..." He paused and started thinking, "They're good people." He said in a almost weary voice, looking at us. "Um. Will you excuse us for a second?" Dan said, pulling me and Clark into the other room. "What the hell is going on!?" Dan whispered loudly, he looked pissed clear off. "I don't know dude! If I knew what was going on I'd tell you, but right now I'm clueless!" I said, looking at Dan. Clark wasn't saying anything, my anger then bursted like a needle popping a balloon. I pushed him against the wall aggressively, "What did you do!?" I said loudly in an angered tone, Clark put his arms up in defeat. "N-Nothing! What the hell has gotten into you!? Get off me!" He said, pushing me off him, only angering me more and more.

Dan's POV
"N-Nothing! What the hell has gotten into you!? Get off me!" Clark said, almost yelling it. He then pushed Curtis off him, Clark's hand were curled up tight in a ball making a fist. Curtis looked more angered than before. A fight was about to break lose, I could tell by the way they were looking at one another. I stepped in between the two, "Knock it off! Both of you!" I snapped, they both looked at me and stopped. "Our only objective is to take out the naga! Not fight like idiots!" I said, rubbing my temple in annoyance. "If push comes to shove, we might have to take the old lady and the little girl out as well." I said, thinking. I then felt something hit me in the face with full force. I stumbled back holding my now bleeding nose, I looked up to see Clark holding his fist as if he had been a snake ready to strike. It then hit me. He had punched me in the face. Anger inside me bursted like a volcano erupting out of no where, "What the hell was that for!?" I yelled, not caring about what those three hear. "You're not hurting them. They're all innocent! They never done nothing! Even the naga hasn't hurt anyone!" Clark yelled back, that made me angrier than anything. Clark was now on the naga's side, he was against us now. "Fine!" I yelled, I walked out of the house with Curtis. I looked at him and all I could see was red, "Curtis! Get the lighter and gasoline! Now!" I yelled, Curtis then hurriedly ran to get the gas can and lighter. I then whispered to myself, "You should never betray us."

Clark's POV
As soon as I snapped out of it and cooled down I ran to the old lady, the little girl and naga frantically. "We need to get away from here! Now!" I said, in a panicked voice. The old lady looked at me with a worried expression, "What did they mean by take down the old lady and the little girl?" The little one asked, trembling and on the brink of crying. I looked at her and patted her gently, trying to calm her down, "Its okay, I won't let anything happen to any of you. I promise." I said, the boy naga then nodded. "Neither will I," the boy naga said, hugging the little girl. The little girl nodded then sniffled. Soon after the smell of something burning filled the air, thick black smoke floated in the air. My heart dropped when it hit me. They're trying to kill innocent people and me. I knew then that we had to get out of there.

Arthur's POV
A bright light formed outside and smoke filled the house, heat poured through the house. There was no doubt about it, it was a house fire, caused by the other two hunters. They only want to kill me, now they're trying to kill the people I love again. I will not let it happen again. Not ever. I quickly picked up y/n and looked for a way out. Everyone was coughing from the smoke flooding the house. I seen the back door and tugged on the man's arm, "This way!" I yelled, running towards it. Soon a loud crash rung out through the burning house, I turned around quickly to see Ms. Lorraine under a large piece of burning. The man trying to get it off of her, "Go! All of you!" She yelled, I held y/n tighter. "We're not leaving you behind!" I yelled, she looked at me then the man smiling. "Protect y/n, both of you," She said, tears were streaming down her cheeks, "Go quickly! Now!" I then felt y/n go limp, I quickly looked at her and noticed that she was unconscious. "Y/n!?" I looked at the man and nodded towards the door, we then ran through the back door. I almost instantly fell to the ground when we got outside, I kept y/n close to me. I sat up quickly once I remember that y/n was unconscious, "Y/n!" I said, shaking her a little. There was no response. "Let me see her." The man said, I then hesitantly handed y/n to the man. He put his ear up to her mouth, "She's still breathing but its really slow," He said standing up, holding y/n still. I stood up as well, he handed y/n back to me. Tears formed in my eyes, Y/n please make it through this. You have to be safe. Please. I can't lose another person I love, please. Tears were streaming down my face, falling onto y/n's s/c cheeks. Ambulances, Police Cars, and Firetrucks swarmed the burning house. Y/n was taken out of my arms and instantly rushed her to the hospital, I looked at what was my home for only an hour, nearly two or three and I was already watching it burn to the ground. The remaining ambulances took care of my small wounds and catering me. I stared at the house as I finally seen the flames die down slowly.

Your POV
Where am I? Who am I? Why can't I barely breath? To many questions. Every question violently shook in my head as my body did in real life, "Y/n? Can you hear me?" A voice said with the hint of distress in their voice, I still couldn't see anything. My vision was still covered in black. The voice was unfamiliar to me. It wasn't Grandma Lorraine's voice nor my brother or my sister's voice either, my eyes then slowly opened to see a man with black hair and piercing dark gray eyes looking at me with a worried expression. "How are you feeling?" The man asked, I could only think of one thing to ask, "Where am I?" I asked with a scratchy voice, my throat hurt terribly and was extremely dry, which only made my throat hurt even worse. "Northwood Hospital. You were transported here after the house fire." He said, he was looking down as if he was guilt of a crime and was being forced to admit it in front of the judge. "What do you mean after the house fire?" I asked, scared of what the answer might be. "You don't remember?" He asked as if in shock by what I said, I was too confused to ask what he meant by that. Soon after that I found out that there was a house fire that was caused by two people trying to kill me and Grandma Lorraine. And they succeed when Grandma Lorraine was killed in the house fire. I never knew why someone would want to hurt us, we never done anything.

Clark's POV
I walked out of the hospital room after telling y/n everything that happened and seen a doctor standing outside the door. "You're Mr. Clark correct?" The doctor asked, looking at me. I turned towards him and nodded, "Yes. That's me. Is something the matter?" I asked, he looked at his clipboard, which always seemed to be in his hand. He then spoke, "Okay. Well, y/n has some injury to only one part of her brain. Where her memory is stored. She remembers from her childhood to the morning of the incident," he then paused and adjusted his wired framed glasses, "She said she only remembers walking out the door of the house and going into the woods. She told us she cannot remember anything else." He then held the clipboard under his right arm and promptly looked at me. "Well, um," I stopped and started thinking, "Does she have anyone to watch over her?" I asked, the doctor once again pull out his clipboard and looked at it. "Let's see. Nope. Her grandmother was the only one who could watch her and her two eldest siblings. Why do you ask?" The doctor asked me, curiously staring at me. I then said the first thing that popped to mind, "I'm going to adopt her."
