Chapter 12

omg i finally got a laptop so i will most likely update the epilogue pretty soon... so yeah. btw, sorry it's been so long! i've been super busy..

WARNING: SUPER SHORT CHAPTER!!

what to wear, what to wear.

i eventually decided on a striped short sleeve shirt and short overalls.

i can't believe i'm actually going to yamato's.

to say the least, i was freaked out. very, very panicked. 

my "what if" thoughts were abruptly stopped when i heard the doorbell ring. i took a deep breath and slowly opened the door.

i was met with a smiling yamato, and i smiled. 

now, we were in his room, playing truth or dare (which was his idea, which made me wonder his motives).

"dare or dare?" he asked.

luckily, his family was not home, so that was one less thing to worry about. although, that kind of made me panic more, because we were alone.

the whole time, i was saying truth, obviously. 

"fine, dare," i said.

he smiled, and said, "i dare you to..." he thought about it for a minute, before he smiled. "kiss me."

i immediately blushed. sure, we kiss all the time, but to be put on the spot? i can't do that!

"wh-wh-why?" i asked shakily.

he just smiled.

i might as well get this over with. 

we were sitting criss-cross on the floor of his room, so i got on my knees in less than a second, and in one quick motion, leaned upwards, grabbed his face, closed my eyes, and smashed my lips to his.

i was planning to quickly back away, but that plan didn't work.

in an instant, i melted into the kiss, and slowly felt him kiss back. my body relaxed, and i slowly brought my hands from his face to his shoulders. 

after a few seconds, we both pulled away for air.

i kept my eyes closed, and leaned into his chest.

he wrapped his arms around me, and i did the same.

"i love you, y/n."

i smiled.

at that point, i was so entranced by him, i couldn't even remember if i had ever said it before, but i said it. 

"i love you."

all i can think about was how on earth i came to be with the most amazing person i had ever met.

there you have it kids! THE LAST CHAPTER!! kind of, i mean. we still have the epilogue, which btw i am SO excited to write! anyways, see ya'll later.
