I'm just a shy girl
Supposed to let it all out
Forced to fake a smile
When I want to pout
I don't understand the world
And it's strange ways
The way humans act
In such dumb ways
"If we follow the same routine" they say.
"Then we'll manage to live throughout every day"
What they don't understand
The thoughts and the pain
They say to hold a hand
But no hand is given

So instead I'm a shy girl
Who's supposed to let it all out
To keep her feelings in
When all she wants to do is: shout
