"The room is gorgeous, Skye!" Jemma exclaimed as Skye showed the team her room over FaceTime the next day.

"So Fury got my message then," Coulson smiled.

Skye smiled. "Yes, thanks for that. This place is sweet."

"Have you tried the food yet?" May asked.

Skye furrowed her brow in confusion. "No, why?"

Ward chuckled, "it's not exactly the best. I would try to smuggle some in."

Skye gasped and rested a hand over her heart. "Grant 'never break the rules' Ward is telling me to smuggle?"

May smirked at the exchange. "He's right. There are a few places nearby that you can call for delivery. They usually drop it off by the front gates with the security guards."

"The security guards don't do anything about it?" Skye asked.

May shrugged. "They turn a blind eye, they were students once too."

Skye smiled, "well, I'll have to keep that in mind for once I can successfully sneak around and actually walk that far. For now I guess it'll be cafeteria food."

May smirked, "good luck with that," as she turned to leave the lab and return to the cockpit to fly the plane.

"Cause any trouble yet, rookie?" Ward asked as he crossed his arms and flashed her a smile.

Skye shrugged, "not yet, but I've still got time."

Ward shook his head and laughed. "I pity everyone at that school."

Skye rolled her eyes. "I'm not THAT bad."

Ward raised an eyebrow. "Sure."

There was a knock on the door and Skye looked back at her team. "That's the doc, I've gotta go. I'll talk to you all later, I guess." She hung up with them and she shoved her phone into her back pocket as she walked to the door. She opened it up with a smile and greeted the doctor. "Hello, Amy."

Amy smiled at her in return. "Hey, Skye. Anything new?"

Skye shook her head and made her way to the couch. She lay down and lifted up her shirt so Amy could look at her stitches again. After a few moments, Amy fixed Skye's shirt and Skye sat back up.

"Does it hurt when you walk?"

Skye nodded, "yes, but only when it's long distances. It hurt yesterday when I walked from Fury's office to my room but it doesn't hurt when I walk from the door to the couch."

Amy nodded, "well that's normal. Your stitches seem to be holding up very nicely." Amy remembered what Skye had told her the other day, "and if you wanted to burn some energy, I'm sure I can find a few exercises for you to do if you want."

Skye shrugged her shoulders. "Sure. As long as I'm cooped up in here I might as well have something to do."

Amy nodded as she stood up from her position on the floor and walked towards the door. Skye walked with her. "Thanks for stopping by."

Amy smiled. "Of course. I'll see you tomorrow."

Skye closed the door behind her and moved back to the couch where she picked up her computer and her earbuds, deciding to watch a movie to keep her busy.

There was a knock on Skye's door for the second time that day. Curious to see who it was, knowing that it wouldn't be Amy, Skye walked towards it and opened it. Behind the door stood Fury, looking grumpy and holding a large package. He shoved the package in her direction and then pointed a finger at her. "That was a one time occasion, I'm not the mailman," he stated before turning around and slamming the door behind him.

Skye fought the urge to laugh and instead looked down at the large package, it was from her team. They must've dropped it off for her when they had flown over the Academy like they were telling her this morning. Excitedly, Skye cut the tape off the box and opened it up. She pulled out package after package of different microwave dinners and canned food, enough to feed her for most of the month before she could start ordering in. She also pulled out numerous movies, courtesy of FitzSimmons, knowing that she got bored easily. She laughed at the 'care package' and quickly got to putting away most of the stuff, putting the food in the freezer. She took the stack of movies and arranged them on the shelf below her books. She smiled as she looked through the titles, most of them were movies that FitzSimmons would choose for movie night. Skye usually had the same taste in movies so she wasn't really complaining. She smiled as she returned to her laptop to scour the Internet and mentally reminded herself to thank the team next time she talked to them.
