Chapter 4
Rachel's pov:
I walked into the auditorium to see Mr.Shue standing there. I smiled and said ,
"Hi Mr.Shue."
He turned around and smiled at me and said ,
"10 years and I can still remember you doing that everyday." And gave me a hug.
"How ya doing Mr.Shue?" I asked him .
"I'm....I'm okay." He said .
"How ? The glee club is over ? How can this be okay?" I asked him .
"Because for the part 14 years I have had the time of my life and now , it's time to move on." He told me .
"How? We have so much here ." I said .
"We do yes , and we always will in our hearts . " He told me .
"I just can't believe after all our hard work it's just going to be over . How is that fair ?" I asked him .
"It's not but nothing in life is ever fair." He told me .
"Yeah, I know." I said sighing .
"Did you see him?" He asked me .
And by him he meant Finn .
"Yeah I did ."
"How'd it go?" He asked me .
"With me storming out of the room." I said .
"I'm sorry Rach." He told me .
"It's okay, it's been 10 years . " I said
"Well that is a long time." He told me .
"I know I always just pictured it differently. I be on Broadway and he be here teaching and when the time was right I just come home . I walk in those choir room doors and say , "I'm home" and then we live happily ever after ." I told him .
"Well that can still happen , he's here and so are you ."
"But he left me Mr.Shue . He left me at the alter waiting for him to show up and he never did. But anyway , I'm not here for him , I'm here for you and the glee club." I told him .
"Well I'm glad you're here ." He said and we left .
