Chapter 25
Quinn's pov:
Puck and I were dancing at Brittney and Santana's wedding .
"Do you ever think one day this will be us?" Puck asked me .
"Maybe , if it was the right place at the right time." I said .
"You know I love you so much Quinn, I love you and our daughter and I want nothing more to be a family . I guess what I'm trying to say is ..."
Suddenly we heard a big thump on the floor
"Finn!" Rachel yelled .
"Oh my god!" Brittney yelled .
"Someone call 911 !" Puck said .
"Finn! Finn can you hear me!" Rachel yelled .
I pulled my phone and called 911.
(The hospital)
We were all at the hospital waiting for the doctor to come out . Rachel was pacing around nervously.
"Rachel don't pace it's not good for the baby." Santana said .
"I'm sorry , it's just ... he was proposing one minute and now he's here and I... I just don't know what to do." She cried .
"Oh sweetie ." I said and gave her a hug.
"I just don't understand Quinn. I thought he was in good shape , he's so healthy it doesn't make sense ." She said .
I looked at everyone and back I Rachel I wanted to tell her everything but I didn't know how.
"Rach , why don't we go get you something to drink." Santana said and her and Brittney and Rachel left .
I sat down next to Puck and said ,
"Finn had leukemia ."
He looked at me and said ,
"What?"
"That's why he left Rachel the first time at the alter . He thought he was going to die but they were able to get it out . What if the cancer is back?" I asked him .
"Does Rachel know ?" He asked me .
"Know he made me promise not to tell her ." I said .
"Quinn , you have tell her." He said upset .
"I can't , she's pregnant it's too much stress." I said .
"But she needs to know." He said pissed .
"Are you mad at me ?" I asked him.
"No, but my best friend could die and I never knew why until now. How could you keep this a secret?" He asked me .
"I'm sorry , I didn't know what to do." I said .
"What if I did that to you ? You would be crushed." He said .
"But you would never do that ." I said .
"Life is unpredictable Quinn. You never know who could leave at any moment ." He said .
"Puck I would never leave you." I said .
"Yeah whatever." He said .
"Were you going to propose to me earlier?" I asked him.
"Doesn't matter." He said and left .
Rachel's pov:
"Thank for everything girls ." I said to Santana and Brittney.
"Are you sure you don't want us to stay a little longer . Our plane doesn't leave for a couple more hours ." Santana said .
"No go, it's your wedding night , go home and I'll call you if anything happens." I said and gave them a hug and they left .
"Hey ." Quinn said .
"Hey, any news ?" I asked hopeful.
"No I'm sorry ." She told me and gave me a hug.
I looked down and said ,
"You know I'm having a baby girl."
"You are?" She said.
"Yeah I was going to tell him tonight . He proposed Quinn and I was going to say yes and then tell him we were having a girl and we were going to get married and live happily ever after and be a family ." I said .
"That could still happen." She said .
"But what if something's wrong ? What if he won't make it?" I cried .
She hugged me and said,
"There's something you need to know about the day Finn left you at the alter ."
"What ?" I asked wiping my tears .
"Sit down." She said .
We sat and she said,
"The reason Finn left you wasn't because he was scared . It was because he had leukemia."
