Dawn of War, The Riders and Rangers Plan Their Attack

Hours later, Felren woke up lying in bed at the house in Marsh Village. Felren woke up surrounded by Regenri, Naytan, Eresil and Mayor Wepial. Felren looked around all confused and in a daze. "Where am I"? Felren asked feeling his head as he squinted his eyes in pain. "Relax, you hit your head against the wooden pillar holding up the town last night". Eresil explained. "That's right, Melat. I fought Melat". Felren said while looking to his right in shame. "Where's Melat anyway, and as a matter of fact, where's Anita and Array and Pyroy"? Felren asked. "They left after you fell unconscious to go to Mid World. We stayed behind to help you with Duln". Wepial explained. "(Sigh) I let this get out of hand way too bad". Felren said in shame. "It's okay Felren. Melat was the one that took it out of hand". Naytan said. "Now, now Naytan dont jump to conclusions". Eresil said. Naytan intentionally ignored Eresil's words. "Felren I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have come here. If I didn't show up then you and Melat wouldn't have fought each other". Regenri said apologetically. "Don't worry Regenri. It would've happened anyway. We were arguing about this whole escapade before anyway". Felren said. "While you were asleep, Eresil told me about what Melat wanted. To save his mom. I understand what he's feeling". Regenri said. Eresil, Felren and Naytan looked at Regenri with curiosity. "Look, Regenri, remember what Melat said? Just kick the asses of all the Riders in Duln. And make them pay for causing Melat and Felren to fight". Eresil said. Regenri then realized his goal given to him by Melat as Felren absorbed the information he wasn't even conscious for. Felren then got up out of bed revealing his bruised, tattered body. However he was still wearing his usual clothing only now he has a yellow belt on instead of his white Pashiva belt. He examined it and Eresil grinned. "We're going to the City of Eden. It'll be safer there". Felren said. The group was filled with either shocked or confused faces. Eresil and Naytan seemed lost while Wepial and Regenri seemed shocked. "Eden"? Naytan and Eresil asked. "Why Eden"? Regenri and Wepial asked. "Eden's the capital of Duln. It's pretty much the only city left in Duln which hasn't been taken over by The Ferocious Riders. I think that considering that it's highly defended and that my friends from my Ranger days are hiding out there, then it'd be safe to hide out there". Felren explained. "But Felren, the people in civilized areas are looking for me. I'm amazed I wasn't attacked here. If we go to Eden then I'll get swarmed by the citizens and if we get spotted by the Riders then I'll die for sure". Regenri said. "Exactly, remember our plan that I came up with yesterday"? Felren asked. "Wait but how are we supposed to use this plan now that half of us are gone"? Naytan asked. "We'll just have to switch people around. Regenri, you'll still be our bait as you're walking down the road. Naytan and Eresil, you two charge Regenri and stage a fight to try and attack the Riders. If I were you I'd try and bring the fight over towards the direction of Eden where the civilians are scared shitless of Regenri. I'll stay hidden in the trees and when the Riders show up I'll ambush them and you all start attacking the Riders as well. Doing this will also alert the Rangers in Eden to come to our aid. It'll be a lot more difficult with just the four of us but I believe it can work". Felren explained. The group seemed convinced in Felren's plan. They all nodded as they started to leave the house. "Hold on. Before you leave, you should know". Wepial said keeping their attention. "The people in Eden will want to kill Regenri on the spot. So as you all leave, I'll call the Queen on a Communication Shard and tell them of your plan. I'll make sure to find some way to make this plan easier". Wepial said. "Thanks Mr. Mayor". Felren said kindly. The group then started to walk out of the house. They then started to walk down the path to Eden.
Wepial pulled out a Communication Shard and spoke into it. "Call, Queen Evanate". Wepial commanded. The shard started to sound a low humming noise for about ten seconds. The shard then went from a blank white shard to Queen Evanate's face staring at Wepial. "Who is this"? Evanate asked. "Hello Queen Evanate. I'm Mayor Wepial of Marsh Village and I have very important information for you". Wepial said. "If it's important enough for you to call me directly then speak". Evanate said impatiently. "Ranger Felren, and three of his friends on on their way to Eden right now. One of his friends is in fact the Rep- Sapien of legend". Wepial said. "Wait a minute, THE Rep- Sapien? Why is it with him"? Evanate asked. "They're protecting him so that the Riders don't kill him or the civilians don't kill him. I need you to alert the city that the Rep- Sapien is being protected by a Ranger and it is not to be approached. Also, I need you to prepare the remaining Rangers for an attack by the Riders. As we speak, Felren and his friends are preparing an ambush on the Riders and intend on bringing the fight over to Eden to try and use the city's protective area as an advantage. Felren also mentioned that three of his friends from his days as a Ranger are in Eden right now. Please send them in the direction of Marsh Village immediately". Wepial begged. "Of course, if it's for the sake of Duln I'll do anything. Just promise me that this plan will work". Evanate said. "I swear on my life Queen". Wepial said with his hand on his heart. "Good, I'll alert the city immediately. Goodbye". Evanate said while leaving the call. Wepial felt incredibly relieved at the success of his contribution of the plan.
    Meanwhile in the wilderness at the rebuilt fortress of the Riders, Smite, Devaln, Elt, Lucius and the rest of the Riders were gathered around. "I just spotted my old friend from years ago. He betrayed me and is harboring the Rep- Sapien. I want it killed immediately. All forces are to leave right now. We'll set up a perimeter on Eden and take control of it in case Felren ever decides to visit. Smite, Elt and Devaln you're coming with me so we can hunt the Rep- Sapien. And kill Felren". Lucius commanded. The Riders all obeyed and started following Lucius's orders. The final battle for Duln is on the horizon.
